Great vacation

From arrival to departure, we were well taken care of by Mrs. Schatz. Everything went very smoothly and uncomplicated. Nice quiet little house with a beautiful garden, completely fenced and not visible. Very pretty bathroom with an idyllic lighthouse. It has everything you need, Netflix, dog blankets, bowl, and a well-equipped kitchen. We greatly appreciated the location, the proximity to the water, as well as the visits to several cities and hiking trails left nothing to be desired for us. We really liked the Netherlands and we would love to come back.

Super vacation

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was especially great for us to be able to let the dogs out without worrying about them running away or other dogs being nearby, because it was a secluded, highly fenced garden. I enjoyed going out through the gate with the dogs in the morning, and we had beautiful sunrises and could take a great walk! We also didn't lack anything in terms of amenities. I would definitely recommend it!

We were allowed to spend 1 week in this wonderful completely secluded accommodation. It has everything you need in terms of amenities. The garden is lovingly designed and completely fenced. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation home

We were in the bungalow for 2 weeks, with my wife and our 3-year-old Labrador male. We felt very comfortable. The equipment is excellent. All kitchen utensils are available. The living room has a very comfortable couch with a nice dining area. The bedroom has very comfortable beds. The bathroom is brand new. Everything is very clean. In the shed, there are a sun umbrella, beach items, a grill, and 3 bicycles. Everything is in very good condition. The fenced garden was excellent for our dog. The walking opportunities in and around the park are great as well. If we ever vacation in the area again, we would very much like to stay in this accommodation again.

Beautiful vacation

The holiday home is located in a beautiful and quiet complex directly by the stunning tulip fields (April).
The interior is friendly, clean, and has everything you need for a vacation (hairdryer, many kitchen utensils, games for the evenings, bicycles, and sand toys for the children, ...).
In the living room, you can sit comfortably, read, or watch television in the evening. The dining area invites you to a cozy breakfast, which is also possible on the terrace in nice weather. Here, too, there are chairs with seat cushions and a sun umbrella.
The bathroom is newly renovated, modernly furnished, and clean.
The bedroom is quite large, the bed very comfortable, and in the morning you can look outside through the large windows and wake up peacefully. (Blinds available). The path to the beach leads through the dunes, a small walk must be planned. The path through the dune is very beautiful and the beach is wide and sandy. At the pier, you can eat well and deliciously; the price is not quite cheap, but the portions are appropriately large. Thank you very much and best regards.

Cozy and pure relaxation - we will come back!

We were two people with a dog, escaping the carnival at Moyo's Home, and what can I say: it couldn't have been more beautiful!

The little house is idyllically situated on the edge of the quiet, laid-back vacation park and is sunny and bright due to the large windows facing the terrace. All windows are equipped with shutters. The rooms and terrace are not visible from outside due to the L-shape of the house. Here, you really have privacy! Thanks to the high fence, we were able to let our dog romp around outside without any problems; only the lawn mower confused him at first :-) During the tulip bloom, it must be especially beautiful here, as you can see directly onto a huge field through the trees.

The furnishings are top-notch - I have been in many houses, but everything was really thought of here! We were particularly happy with the large teapot with a warmer and the oven (not a given). The bathroom is also newly renovated and beautiful. Overall, the house is very cozy and tastefully furnished. You can tell that someone has really put thought into making the guests feel comfortable.

On request, there is a bed linen and towel service that we did not use. Tip: The double bed is equipped with a continuous topper. We had to improvise a bit with the two 90x200 fitted sheets we brought, but we'll know better next time ;-)

The supermarket around the corner was still closed, but Schagen and Callantsoog are just a few minutes by car, so no problem. And the wonderfully beautiful path to the beach takes a bit longer through the dunes here, so it's not suitable for people with whiny toddlers - but for us with a dog, it's dreamy. Would we come back? Definitely! (maybe I shouldn't rave about it so it remains a hidden gem...?)

Vacation with Dog

We were in Holland after Christmas and over New Year's. Mrs. Schatz's holiday home is simply great. We felt at home immediately. The house is in top condition. The new bathroom is simply wonderful. The decor is very inviting and cozy. Everything is very tasteful and lovingly furnished with attention to detail. Everything you need for a nice vacation is available. Some things even in abundance. The bedroom is simply great. Especially the bed and the mattress. We slept so well in it. The garden is perfect for our dog. Everything is securely fenced. We will definitely come back.

Relaxing holiday in North Holland

In perfect weather, we spent 2 weeks in this very tastefully decorated holiday home with our dog. This house is ideally suited for self-caterers; the kitchen's equipment with appliances and dishes is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is very well-maintained! The double bed is equipped with very good mattresses. Very quiet location on the edge of the park. Through the garden gate, you reach a very nice path along a ditch directly next to fields. Very nice for a walk with the dog! We were in this holiday home for the second time and felt very comfortable!

Vacation with 4 adults and 2 dogs

We had a dreamy, super beautiful summer vacation.
The accommodation is very well furnished, there is absolutely nothing missing. The beds get an extra 5*****. They are so comfortable, you sleep like a princess.
The garden is closed on all sides so both dogs felt completely at home. And even our fearful dog was not disturbed by anything or anyone.
The proximity to the beach is absolutely great. I would have wished for a sun lounger, and since we had 2 cars on site, it would have been easier if there had been 2 chips for the gate. It worked out anyway; you just have to coordinate a bit.
But otherwise, everything was perfect.
We would definitely come back again.

Very cozy holiday home with a lot of charm and a great view of the sea.

We have been in this beautiful cozy holiday home for the third time now. It has everything you need in terms of equipment and is decorated with great attention to detail. Beautiful furnishings, whether in the living room or bedroom. The whole place is rounded off with lovely decorations. Outside there is a beautiful, completely enclosed garden, ideal for the dogs. The house is located at the edge of the holiday resort, so you have the fields right in front of you during tulip blossom season. Everything is available in the garden shed: wagons, sand toys, grill, bicycles, and of course, toys for the four-legged friends. The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes. There is a small supermarket right next to the holiday village that provides groceries and, if desired, fresh bread and more for breakfast every day. We spent a week in April with our dog as guests in Mrs. Schatz's holiday home. The location, facilities, and contact with the landlady were excellent. We felt very comfortable, as did our dog, who especially enjoyed the fenced garden. The holiday home has everything you need for daily needs and self-catering. The location is close to nature and very quiet, yet you are quickly in the neighboring villages where you can eat well and shop. A small supermarket is within walking distance, as are the dunes and the beautiful sandy beach. We would vacation there again anytime and can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience to everyone.

Pure relaxation in a fantastic location

We stayed in this bungalow for 1 week, which is very quiet in the back row. We felt very comfortable, everything we needed was available, and especially the high fenced garden was just great for us as vacationers with a dog. Walking through the park, crossing the street, and walking through the dunes, you reach a kilometer-long sandy beach that invites you to long walks. All in all, we can recommend this accommodation and we will definitely come back.

Winter break

Nice holiday home, great equipped. We spent a few days there with our dogs. We all liked it very much and the dogs could play well in the fenced garden. Everything is available that you need. The beds are great, even German TV program is available. We will gladly come back!

We have been in this area several times. The weather was changeable. One small disadvantage of the house is that you cannot park directly in front of it. Not optimal for me with my mobility impairment. Cleanliness and equipment were okay. The only point of criticism was the bathroom, it might need an update.

Nice vacation cottage

The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park. Particularly noteworthy is the fenced and non-visible garden, with direct access to the water and greenery. From there, you could easily start all bike tours or walks.
The house was equipped with everything you need for daily needs.
The contact with the landlady was flawless, problem-free and personal. Questions were answered very quickly and we were completely satisfied.
We would recommend both the landlady and the house at any time and would also spend our holidays there more often.

Very cozy holiday home

We had been guests at Mrs. Schatz's very cozy holiday home for the 2nd year. The house offers everything your heart desires: a large double bed with good mattresses, a small fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living/dining room with a leather sofa and a television, a small children's room with 2 beds, and a small shower room. Not to mention the small fully fenced garden and a terrace with a table and four chairs. Bicycles and a grill are available for use in a separate storage room.
Since we felt very comfortable there last year and our 2 dogs couldn't escape through the approximately 1.40-meter high fence, we decided to stay in Sint Maartenszee again. The process was uncomplicated, and Mrs. Schatz promptly refunded the security deposit.
We can definitely highly recommend the holiday home and will certainly not be there for the last time.

Erholung pur

The holiday home is located on the edge of the park. Therefore especially quiet, although it was never loud in the park.

Everything necessary is present in the house. Especially the bedroom deserves 5 stars. Nice and big, and the beds are super comfortable. If then the sun shone through the windows in the morning, you couldn't be woken up better. The terrace is enclosed on 3 sides. Our dog immediately felt comfortable and there was no need to watch him run away, as the whole property is fenced in and no one can look inside. The supermarket is conveniently reachable in 10 minutes, the beach through the dunes by foot in 30 minutes. Although we have been in this area 3 times already, we will come back next year, but only if we can rent Mrs. Schatz's house.

Peace and relaxation

We were with our dog at Frau Schatz's at the beginning of June. The location right on the edge is fantastic, a path leads directly from the garden gate there. We felt very comfortable and had quick and helpful contact with Frau Schatz during the holiday as we unfortunately had to report a repair. The problem was immediately resolved. Therefore, a reliable and friendly response from Frau Schatz. We would always recommend this accommodation. The access route is perfect for bicycles, the beds were also very good. Ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus

I can only say that the vacation home is fantastic, it lacked nothing. The apartment was super clean.
You immediately felt at home. Our little Cairn Terrier was thrilled with the completely enclosed property, he could move around as he liked.
We enjoyed going out on the terrace and letting our soul dangle. We were thrilled with the peace.
We didn't need to touch the car to get to the beautiful beach. A beautiful walk through the dunes and after 10-15 minutes, you were at the North Sea. Communication with the landlady was exemplary. Vacation is fun like this.

This is a very beautiful holiday home. Everything you need for a great stay and vacation is there. The holiday home comes with a great garden that is completely fenced in and a terrace that is not visible from the outside. Ideal for our two pets. And very peacefully located. The interior is also great and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. A few minutes' walk away is a small Spar market that is very well equipped and offers fresh pastries every morning. You can also reach the sea very easily on foot. About 10-15 minutes. So, we have already booked again for next year.

First of all, a heartfelt thank you for the smooth handling of all formalities of our last-minute holiday home booking by the super friendly and dedicated landlady. Everything worked out well and the information sent about the house and the park, etc. was very helpful to us.
The house corresponds to the description provided on the internet and is very cozy and attractively furnished. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday home vacation. I was particularly impressed with the gas stove with oven/microwave function as a hobby cook. The location on the edge of the park is very quiet, and you can quickly get into the "green." Great for our dog, who also made himself comfortable in the fenced garden. The path through the park to the beach and dune area is easy to manage. For dog owners/walkers, a larger flashlight (park is very dark) and carrying poop bags is advisable. All in all, a highly recommended holiday accommodation. Already noted for a future vacation, perhaps with our two grandchildren! We would love to come back again.

A service cannot be evaluated as we did not have contact with the park. There could be more light in the park, which would make it safer. The existing lamps are very dim. The care provided by the landlady is very good. If there are any questions, she is always approachable. The holiday home is ideal for a vacation with dog(s) as the property is completely fenced in. The house's equipment is modern, cozy, practical, and easy to maintain.

This is how I imagine it!

... then you can also relax on vacation. Fast, reliable, and very friendly handling of formalities, a beautiful house in a quiet location (even during the season), good facilities (including WiFi), beautiful garden, relatively short distance to the beach. That's all you need. It's not the landlord's fault that the local "cleaning staff" (after each tenant change) do a job that can only be described as "terrible". In that case, personal initiative is required. Good vacuum cleaner is available on site, as well as everything you need for mopping. However, this suboptimal situation does not prevent us from continuing to rent this house! I can highly recommend it.

Beautiful house and great small fenced garden. We (my husband and I, along with our Labrador) felt completely comfortable. We didn't miss anything. Through the dune landscape, you can walk great with the dog and then reach the uncrowded sandy beach after about 1 km. A convenience store for essentials and getting bread is within walking distance. We would love to come back, very uncomplicated and very nice landlady. One more thing... the mattresses are really amazing, I haven't slept this well in a long time. . . 5 stars for that
