Description
The house with its modern and high quality interior has cozy living room, dining area and open kitchen. The modern shower room with beautiful accents with toilet is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with large double bed 2m - 2m. The 2nd bedroom has a large comfortable sofa bed.
The staircase is equipped with a grid, so that your little ones are safe.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, toaster, coffee maker, various electrical appliances. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available. The washing machine is in the shed. A flat screen TV (you get with the dish all German programs) also radio / CD.
There are 2 bicycles, a rubber dinghy with electric motor, terrace furniture, parasol available.
Dogs are welcome.
The house has its own parking space.

De Rijd is a unique park situated around a lake of approx. 8 hectares
Here you can enjoy nature and the peace and quiet. Recreation park De Rijd consists of 84 holiday homes. In front of the park entrance there is a marina, a public outdoor swimming pool and the lovely restaurant "De Rijd".
The park may be entered for loading and unloading, parking spaces are available for all residents and their guests in the central car park
Discover the versatile province of North Holland. You will find the capital Amsterdam, the cheese cities Alkmaar and Edam, and the traditional fishing village Volendam. You will also find beautiful beaches and dunes at Zandvoort, Bergen an Zee and Petten.
Explore the colourful tulip fields of the Keukenhof gardens or simply go shopping in Alkmaar or Harlem.

Vacation with a dog
The house is located in a quiet holiday park. There is nothing going on in the adjoining village, but larger cities and numerous beaches can be reached in 20-30 minutes (dogs are allowed to run without a leash on some beaches from 7 pm). The holiday home is nicely and modernly furnished and there is nothing missing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, which slightly spoiled our stay. The bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by a very steep staircase, not recommended for seniors and people with limited mobility. The bed is very comfortable. Dog-friendly, even a basket is available. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work and operating the oven is complicated. Behind the small fenced garden, there are sheep right there, you feel surrounded by idyllic nature. Unfortunately, the garden is not as well maintained as in the photos and the garden furniture could use a fresh coat of paint. There is also some weed in front of the house. Contact with the landlady was uncomplicated.

Super cosy house in a central location
We stayed in the holiday home for a week in November. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. Everything imaginable was available and comfortably equipped. It is lovingly furnished so that you feel as if you are in your own home. The house is very centrally located, even well-known surrounding towns can be reached quickly by car or bus. We will be very happy to come back.

Charming holiday home in beautiful North Holland
We can only agree with the previous reviews and had lovely days in Holland. The flat looks exactly like the photos, everything has been thought of. The attention to detail was everywhere. I slept exceptionally well and that really means something :) The bedroom could be darkened well and it was heavenly quiet. The sheep grazing during the day had a very calming effect, along with a good book from the flat's inventory and a delicious coffee.... Within 40 minutes you can do so much, whether beach, sightseeing, strolling or over to Texel for a day. The contact was super, lightning fast and friendly.

Sehr schön
Die Abwicklung und Kommunikation ist sehr Lobenswert. Wir können es nur empfehlen . Lage Natur und See . Sauberkeit keine Frage mega gut . Hunde freundlich . Alles sehr sehr schön und angenehm . Toll...
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schoenen gepflegtem Haus in Nieuwe Niedorp, ein Dorf zwischen Alkmaar und Schagen. Die Lage ist super, man kann von hier an die Kueste in 15-20 Minuten gelangen, Alkmaar und Schagen sind in der Naehe. Wenn man Einkaufe machen will, einige hunderte von Metern entfernt ist ein Aldi und ein bisschen weiter findet man u.a. Jumbo, Action und fuer die Liebhaber ein Fischladen. Das Haus liegt auf einem schoenen, ruhigen Park, die Hauser meistens am Wasser. Dieses Haus hat aber einen Garten und hinter dem Haus ist es ruhig, es kommen viele Voegel in den Garten. Das Haus ist mit allen moeglichen Sachen ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es ist gemuetlich eingerichtet, man fuehlt sich gleich zu Hause. Es stehen auch Kaffee, Thee, usw zur Verfuegung, sowie Krauter, und noch mehr, etwas das man in einer anderen Ferienwohnung selten trifft. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Schlafzimmer sehr gemuetlich. Die Interaktion mit der Vermieterin war super, sie reagiert sehr schnell und immer nett. Also, ich kann dieses Haus nur nachempfehlen. Chapeau! Immer wieder gerne :-)
Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch in einer parkähnlichen Anlage mit einem See, direkt schräg gegenüber und nur 20 Schritte entfernt.
Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, besitzt ein schnelles Wlan und alles zum Kochen ist vor Ort vorhanden. Bei Rückfragen stehen die Besitzer/in sehr schnell zur Verfügung.

Schöner Urlaub
Gemütliches, komplett ausgestattetes Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Nicht weit entfernt erreicht man die zahlreichen weitläufigen Strände Hollands. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ausstattung ist wirklich Top.

Schöne ruhige Lage!
Stilvolle und gemütliche Wohnung in der schönen ruhigen Lage! Nicht weit entfernt zu den zahlreichen Stränden Hollands. Aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man viel unternehmen. Wie z.B. mit dem Boot durch die Kanäle fahren oder einfach mit dem Stand up Board die Runden ziehen! Wie haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!!

Traumhaft ruhige Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es feht an nichts. Die Anlage ist sehr gepfleht und zentral gelegen, von dort sind es nur 20 km nach Egmoond am See, auch Alkmar ist super zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhäuschen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu zweit mit unseren Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tagsüber haben wir Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen und es uns abends in der Unterkunft gemütlich gemacht. Wir komnen bestimmt wieder.
