Practical equipped kitchen. Simple furniture. Little comfort. Bathroom in need of renovation. Apartment too small for 6 people with a dog. Only a broom and hand brush as basic equipment. Vacuum cleaner was provided upon request. Duvets partly heavily stained, but bed linen and towels fresh and clean. Mattresses partly heavily sagging. Many cobwebs on the ceilings. We will not come back. Price-performance ratio is not right.

Nice apartment close to Ischgl. The bus stops in front of the house and within 10 minutes you are at the gondola. The hostess is very friendly. Last year we were here on a ski holiday as well.

The apartment we had at Fliana was overall okay. However, I rated the apartment poorly because the TV only worked after several days and multiple inquiries. This was particularly disappointing because we were the first guests of the season, and one would think that the rooms would be properly checked. Additionally, the drink shelf in the refrigerator was broken. I expect that such things – like a functioning television and a fully intact refrigerator – will be checked and ensured by the landlord before moving in.
