Rustic cabin for individualists

A week of skiing vacation with the family clan in the middle of the mountains - an authentic experience in this small house! A great view of the valley and the surrounding mountains compensates for the slightly longer, adventurous winding drive.
The house is cozy, the many rooms and the living room very comfortable, and it offers what you need on vacation. The snack station directly opposite invites you to a cozy snack or an après-ski beer. A car is definitely an advantage for skiing in Kappl and Ischgl - it takes about 30 minutes to Ischgl. The bread service is extremely convenient for 13 people and there is something for everyone.
Overall, we had a nice and peaceful skiing vacation with sunny weather and nice people - everything was perfect.

Everyone was satisfied. A beautiful rustic cottage. Price performance ok. The approach was unfamiliar for some of us, but that's how it is in the mountains. You just had to be careful with small children on the stairs.

How do I come to Paznaun?

Arrival to the Hiking and Skiing Area

Whether stress-free by plane, comfortably by train, or independent of times with your own car: Many paths lead to your private holiday apartment or holiday home in the Paznauntal. If you are coming from Germany via the A95 or A7, drive south on the Fernpassbundesstrasse (B179) towards Tyrol. Then continue via Imst and Landeck on the A12 and then on the S16 (Arlberg Expressway). Take the Pians exit here and follow the B177 towards Ischgl, Galtür, Kappl, and See. If you are arriving at your private accommodation via the German A93, drive in the direction of Innsbruck on the Austrian Inntal motorway (A12) to the Pians exit. You can reach your holiday home or apartment comfortably and stress-free by bus and train. In this case, first take the train to the station in Landeck-Zams and from here by bus towards Paznaun. Would you like to arrive by plane to your private house? Then it is best to fly to the airport in Innsbruck. From here, a taxi, bus, or train will take you to your destination.
