Description
Kappl-Lochau, new, cosy group house for 10 - 16 persons; 6 bedrooms (3 x double rooms and 2 rooms with 2-4 beds each with wash basin, 1 small bunk bed room), fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, play/reading corner, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, ski cellar, ski boot dryer, large balcony; the house was completely renovated in 2019. A sauna is planned, but will not be built until summer 2020.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels as well as consumables such as dishwasher tabs. Rent: 200 - 400,- € per night depending on the season. The house is preferably rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday - Sunday). and local tax will be charged separately.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the Paznaun valley with the villages of Ischgl, Kappl, See and Galtür, about 50 m from the bus stop and 350 m from the valley station of the gondola in Kappl. It takes about 15 minutes by bus to the ski area Ischgl and about 5 minutes to See. The arrival is via Landeck, from there follow the Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße in the direction of Ischgl, Galtür. After about 10 minutes by car you reach Lochau.

Gladly again!
Cosy and well-equipped ski hut with modern bedrooms directly on the Silvretta road. Advantage: Gondola and ski bus right outside the front door and the house is also accessible without snow chains as the snow plough runs regularly. Small disadvantage: you can hear the road even with the windows closed, but that doesn't really bother you because you are tired after skiing anyway and sleep well ;)
The landlord of the guesthouse next door not only takes care of the formalities, but also helps out with spices and the like if anything is missing. There is also a bakery that delivers fresh bread rolls of your choice to your door in the morning
We really enjoyed our weekend at Maison Bleu and booked our next stay there right away.
