A great house and a great environment, pure tranquillity!

We were there for a week with our dog and certainly not the last time. The house has everything your heart desires except for a dryer, everything you need to really relax
It is beautifully situated and surrounded by greenery and forest. We were able to really relax. If you love peace and seclusion, you'll get your money's worth
The garden is well fenced, which is important for dog owners. If you don't mind having to drive a few kilometres to do your shopping, this is the place for you. It is absolutely quiet and you can start both on foot and by bike directly at the house and make wonderful excursions. In the evening you can sit by the fireplace and relax, and during the day you can watch the birds in the garden. We felt very comfortable. If you need a holiday programme you won't get your money's worth there, but it's perfect for dog owners. The garden is huge with trees and a sandy area. It is wonderful, we can only recommend it and are already looking forward to our next holiday.

Dream Holidays in the Gries Region

If you like it really quiet on holiday, if you like to watch cranes on the adjacent meadow while drinking coffee in the garden, if you want to hear the red deer rutting while taking a sauna in autumn and experience starry nights in absolute silence, this is the place for you. The holiday home is lovingly, functionally and very tastefully furnished and the friendly landlord is always available and on hand if there is ever a problem. The area with its banks of the Elbe, the extensive forests and the many small villages is really worth seeing and exploring. The Baltic Sea is about 1.5 hours away if you feel like going to the sea
The beautiful and natural property is fenced in and mostly secluded. Bicycles ready for use, sand toys for the children, a beach chair and sun loungers are also available. We have stayed at the Wiesenhof 3 times and at the Waldhof 1 time and will definitely be back.
