ALSO BEAUTIFUL IN WINTER! The flat is located on the upper floor of a renovated villa from the turn of the century in the half-timbered part of the house. It has an area of 57 sqm on two levels. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, upstairs is the living area with two sofas and TV with satellite connection, which leads into an open, well-equipped kitchen. From the living area there are three dormers, one of which is also equipped with a double bed and another with a desk, in the third there is storage space. The dormers give the flat an interesting cut and a special charm due to the exposed half-timbered beams.
The flat has a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Minimum stay: 3 nights

Comfortable apartment with various options for leisure activities.
We felt very comfortable in this spacious apartment, which was individually decorated with many personal details, and we didn't miss any comforts. Our hosts were not present themselves, but they were always available and helpful to us by phone. The pretty, old villa is located on the edge of the center with a beautiful view. From here, besides the sights in Dömitz, we had many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, for example, along the Elbe Cycle Path on the riverbank, or on trips to the round villages and to several worthwhile places in the Elbe region.

Great holiday apartment
We felt very comfortable there. Everything you need was available in the apartment.
However, you have to go up to the 2nd floor (through a very nice staircase).
An Aldi is right next door, an Edeka market is one street away. The neighbors in the building were also all friendly. All in all, a place to feel good. We would gladly come back again.

Es war erholsam!
Die Wohnung war für den Schnitt den Sie hat funktional und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedoch gab es einige defizite die uns aufgefallen sind. In punkto Reinlichkeit wäre ein Grundreinigung durchaus angebracht. Auf den Schränken sowohl als auch innen. Hilfreich wäre für Nutzer mit Haustier vernüftiges Putzmaterial zur Verfügung zu stellen, z.B. Schrubber & Lappen und nicht so ein Teil wie dort vorhanden ist mit dem nur Dreck verteilt werden kann. In der Küche ist das Geschirr etwas lieblos für einen 4 Personen Haushalt zusammen gewürfelt. Im Badezimmer gibt es das Problem das die Toilette nicht unmittelbar von 2 Personen hintereinander genutzt werden kann, da der Spülkasten gefühlt 15-20 min. Zeit braucht bis er sich gefüllt hat. Das Warme Wasser ist viel zu Heiß da man selbst wenn man den Wasserhahn auf Kalt stellt erstmal nur heißes Wasser kommt bevor es kalt wird. Der Duschvorhang könnte in einen Textilvorhang ausgetauscht werden sodass dieser nicht immer am Körper während des Duschens klebt. Und zu guter letzt müssten mal in beiden Betten die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Mir ist klar das es kein Hotelurlaub war den Wir gebucht hatten, denn auch da ist nicht immer alles fein ;0) aber wenn niemand diese Dinge anspricht hat der Gastgber auch nicht die Chances etwas zu ändern :0)
Und wir würden dort wieder hinfahren. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war stehts nett und freundlich, sehr bemüht Anfragen schnell zu beantworten. Die Lage des Hauses und der Wohnung gut erreichbar gelegen. Durch die anliegende Straße etwas laut, kann man aber verkraften. Das Treppenhaus aufgrund der breite und der Treppe sehr schön. Wir hatten leider Pech das dass stehende Gewässer direkt am Haus durch die Temperaturschwankungen gekippt ist und grün war. Ich kann nur empfehlen sich vor Mücken zu schützen und Mittel hierfür mitzunehmen. Die Gegend hat uns total Entschleunigt und runtergeholt vom Arbeitsstress. Mit Hund kann man super gut und weit laufen. Danke!

Es ist uns ein Bedürfnis, zu dieser Bewertung Stellung zu nehmen.
Wir würden bei so vielen empfundenen Mängeln einer Unterkunft nicht wiederkommen wollen. Die Wohnung wird nach jeder Vermietung professionell gereinigt (inklusive aufwändiger Entfernung von Hundehaaren). Wir nutzen die Wohnung selbst. Entsprechend ist sie nach unseren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen und mit unserem persönlichen Stil eingerichtet, was vielen Gästen gefällt. Das Haus ist 115 Jahre alt, denkmalschutzgerecht saniert. Es ist uns nicht möglich, es allen Bedürfnissen 100%ig anzupassen. Das betrifft vor allem den sich ständig verändernden Zustand der natürlichen Gewässer (der Floßgraben ist kein Badegewässer und auch nicht gekippt, das Entenflott spiegelt seinen natürlichen Zustand). Natürlich bleiben wir Anregungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen gegenüber aufgeschlossen.

Cycling along the Elbe
We had a pleasant week in a beautiful, individual, centrally located flat - perfect for exploring the surroundings by bike or for walks to the harbour, to the Elbe or to the small town. Booking and contact with the landlady were wonderfully uncomplicated, and the flat lacked nothing. We were able to use the in-house bicycles, which we used a lot. The car could stay the whole week. Thank you for your openness and hospitality!
The only small disadvantage we hadn't considered when choosing a place: central location unfortunately also means street noise - the street goes right past and at night it was quite noisy. But maybe that was due to the harvest vehicles at the moment and is less noisy at other times. Otherwise, the area is quiet and tranquil and very suitable for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers.
We would be happy to recommend the flat to others.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wohlfühlatmosphäre unterm Dach in Dömitz
Die gemütliche Dachwohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, und man fühlt sich bei jedem Wetter wohl.
Dömitz ist wirklich ein entzückendes Fleckchen, und von dort aus kann man viele interessante Touren in die Umgebung starten.
Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und die Natur drumherum genossen. Die Woche war großartig!

Schöne Wohnung
Wir haben zu viert den Urlaub sehr genossen, die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, besonders empfehlenswert sind die Wassersportmöglichkeiten am Kanal. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend.

Fewo mit toller Lage
Die Wohnung unter dem Dach bietet alles, was man für erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Nähe zu Elbdeich und Müritz-Elde-Wasserstraße bieten viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, besonders mit dem Rad. Der Weg nach Lenzen entlag des Elbdeichs ist traumhaft schön mit toller Natur. Auch kulturell gibt es in den nahen Städten einiges zu besichtigen, und einige nette Restaurants in der Nähe, wenn man nicht kochen möchte.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer eindrucksvollen Villa in Dömitz an der Elbe
Im Juli 2020 haben wir mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung in der eindrucksvollen alten Villa in der Werderstraße verbracht. Die Dachwohnung mit ihren zwei Etagen ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und hat durch die Dachbalken einen ganz besonderen Charme. Man fühlt sich hier einfach gleich wohl.
Die Umgebung bietet sich in alle Himmelsrichtungen für Ausflüge an. Wir sind elbaufwärts und elbabwärts geradelt, haben die Griese Gegend und das Wendland erkundet. Auch eine Paddeltour und die Besichtigung der Festung in Dömitz standen auf unserem abwechslungsreichen Programm. Absolute Empfehlung und gerne wieder.
