First, we must sincerely thank "Vera"-Laubach for her lovingly guided and caring support in all areas. We have always stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels, but this time, in this wonderful bungalow with a prime location and view, we were touched. Here, everything and more is abundantly available as expected. There are no problems. Safety is guaranteed. For the tidiness and cleanliness, not only the cleaner is responsible, we as vacationers are too. Here everyone has absolute peace for relaxation and enjoyment. The mattresses of the beds are good. We would like to get to know the owners once. The neighbors are more than friendly. If you have been here for 2 months and have relaxed, we can certainly recommend it very well. We are looking forward to next year, which we have already booked for 2027. We were in this very well-equipped apartment for two weeks in May.
Everything has really been thought of; you can tell that the owners use the apartment themselves. The kitchen has all kinds of appliances, sufficient cutlery, plates, and glasses.
The bed was very comfortable.
We spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace. Starting the morning with yoga and fitness on the terrace was a great way, as yoga mats and dumbbells are even available. Simply top equipped! We are looking forward to coming back soon and can really recommend the apartment.

Since 2009, Fuerteventura as a whole has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a particularly worthy biosphere reserve. Since 2015, it has been part of the UNESCO Light Protection Area. In the northwest of the island near Puerto del Rosario, the European Union has funded the museum "Ecomuseo La Alcogida". On display are well-restored traditional farms both inside and out. They were still inhabited by their owners until the 1970s. For a picnic and a dose of relaxed breathing, the well-preserved "Faro de La Entallada" (lighthouse and barracks) is a good choice.

Here is the gigantic "Oasis Park" with a zoo with over 3,000 animals from all corners of the world, animal shows and a botanical garden with more than 15,000 different plant species. Particularly popular with the little ones are the camel safaris out into the 'desert'. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday on the sandy beach in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain.
Today's Canarian cuisine was influenced by the indigenous population, the Spanish conquerors of the 15th century, and the route to South and Latin America. The traces of the old Canarians are most evident in "Gofio", a roasted grain or legume flour, which is enriched with broth, spices and herbs, kneaded, shaped into a thick roll and enjoyed raw with various sauces. It also comes in a sweet version with raisins or almonds and honey. "Papas arrugadas", the so-called "wrinkled potatoes", are considered the second specialty of the region. These are small "colorful" Canarian potatoes, which are boiled unpeeled in heavily salted water, then tossed in coarse sea salt. One of the typical Canarian "Mojo" sauces is served with it. There is "Mojo verde", a green sauce made from parsley and coriander, and "Mojo rojo", a spicy to hot sauce made from paprika. A very tasty dish is the "Puchero canario", the Canarian stew, which combines everything the islands have to offer in terms of vegetables and meat. Goat cheese and goat meat dishes complement the list of specialties. For a sweet finish, there is the "Bien me sabe". The name "Tastes good to me" already reveals the effect this dish made from egg yolk, almond flour and a few other ingredients has on the eater! At the Sotavento Beach Club, you can also enjoy a delicious cocktail.
There is plenty of art and culture on Fuerteventura. If you have discovered your preference for "Gofio", the food of the indigenous people, then the Gofio Museum in Tefir is something for you. Antigua attracts with a mill museum and El Cotillo has the "Museo de la Pesca Tradicional" next to an old lighthouse. Fuerteventura has a dense sporting and musical event offer.
