Casa Philipp is an exceptional accommodation with all comforts . It is located on the 1st floor of the complex Solymar Bahia Playa and has a fantastic sea view
The apartment has 1 bedroom with separate beds and good mattresses .A large built-in wardrobe with safe ,2 bedside cabinets and pleasant lighting . In the closet are very many towels , beach towels , bathrobes , bed linen and blankets .
Kitchen and dining room are in one room . Everything is of high quality and tastefully decorated . The kitchen has a ceramic hob , oven , washing machine ,dishwasher , microwave , 2 different coffee machines ( 1 normal ,1 pad machine ) , kettle ,toaster , egg boiler , electric griddle , large fridge and freezer , plenty of dishes , glasses , cutlery , pots and pans and much more. In the room is a 2nd table with chair for home office with internet
Next to the dining area is a separate room with sofa bed , rocking chair and the TV with many German and foreign programs . A radio is also available. In all rooms are beautiful,modern lamps ,which provide a pleasant atmosphere
The terrace is very large and there are table , 4 chairs , 2 high-back chairs , 2 deck chairs , 1 box for the pillows ,1 clothes horse and 2 awnings. From there you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning
Casa Philipp is very centrally located , 2 supermarkets , bakers , restaurants , bars and various stores are within a few minutes walk . A car is still an advantage , but not urgently needed . Parking is available in front of the complex. There are cabs on the street and public transport nearby
In only 150 m you can reach the sea . The bright fine sandy beach slopes gently into the water.

Casa Philipp is located in the small, well-kept complex Bahia Playa. A Spar supermarket is right next door . There are 3 supermarkets , Spanish and German baker close and within walking distance . In addition , pharmacy , gas station , perfumery ,health food stores , many good restaurants and bars .

The Costa Calma is a grown place , which lies directly on the sea . The light sandy beach slopes gently into the water . There are toilets and showers on the beach. In addition, a beach guard. The beach restaurant Auriola is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
The buildings are adapted to the landscape and are not too high.

Wellness apartment in perfect location
We were allowed to spend two weeks in this clean and well-equipped apartment. Everything you need for daily life is really available... from German TV to good mattresses, dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, more than enough crockery and cooking utensils, and a walk-in shower.
On the really spacious and secluded terrace with wonderful sea views, there is a table with four chairs, two new loungers, and two high-backed chairs. The picture is rounded off by two awnings.
Both the apartment and the terrace are furnished with attention to detail.
The entire residential complex is well maintained, and there is direct access to the beach.
The contact with the landlady was (as always) extremely friendly, helpful, and she was always available. A perfect hostess all around!
We felt very comfortable and would book this property again at any time. It has a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Costa Calma!

everything was there to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. We spent two great weeks here. The flat is super cosy,
luxuriously furnished with great attention to detail and, above all, very clean. Everything is there, as stated in the description. The terrace with sea view not only invited you to have breakfast and linger, but you could also watch the sunrise in the morning. The booking and support by our hostess Mrs Schmidt was excellent and very cordial. She was always available for questions and tips. We will gladly come again. Hoffmann family

Es war bis jetzt die beste Unterkunft .
Alles vorhanden vomGeschirr bis Handtücher wahr alles reichlich.Die Unterkunft bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein sehr komfortabeles Apartment von der Küche mit Spülmaschine Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Geschirr sowie das Schlafzimmer und nicht zu vergessen das Bad. Die Terrasse ist mit allem ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .
Unser besonderen Dank an unsere Vermieterin Renate Schmidt sie ist immer für ihre Gäste da und sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu ihr kommen.
