The rustic-modern holiday home, built in 2003, located on the outskirts of La Pared in a lovely residential area, about 800 m from the sandy beach. This is a detached house with private garden and several terraces. The residential area is very quiet and has remained untouched by mass tourism. Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands. The secret La Pared is located in the south of Fuerteventura on the wild west coast. Lonely beaches, magnificent mountains, fantastic sunsets and a unique microclimate characterize this part of the coast. Individualists, recreation, rest, enjoyment and a nice place away from the crowds looking to spend their holidays here. A place where you can unwind. La Pared has its own golf course, surf schools and in about 2 km Enfernung has a riding stable. For all surfers, windsurfers and kiters this part of the island is a paradise. Wind and wave conditions are most of the year optimal. In La Pared, there is a small supermarket, cafe 'Plan B', the Bar 'Tina' and the seafood restaurant 'Bahia'. Only 6 km from La Pared away on the other side of the island the tourist Costa Calma. Here you will find shopping malls, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, medical practitioners etc.

We, Conny and Lutz were, surprisingly achieve our 2010 our men dream and have this beautiful house found and bought. The house has been lovingly restored by us and we have made us a beautiful retreat. Here we can let our souls and fully recover from our daily stress. The house exudes peace and comfort, the generous and open design finds life indoors and out instead. The rustic style has been combined with modern elements and it arose a cozy, cozy hotel. We have traveled much of the world and found in many places a small home. We have experienced a lot of warmth and hospitality. Thanks to our hosts! We want to provide our guests.
