The high-quality furnished holiday apartment "Casa Kristin" is located directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Costa Calma and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. With 2 bedrooms (one with flat screen TV and sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms, up to 4 people can spend a relaxing holiday. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and all appliances as well as a dining area for 4 people, satellite TV, music system and much more. Outside there is an electric awning, table and chairs on the balconies
Bed linen, towels, bath towels and beach sheets are also provided.

Ocean waves 24/7 - A dream - peace and relaxation
We have recovered very well - the apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with living room was extremely quiet, clean and had a fantastic location!
It was a 3-minute walk to the beach - no traffic - 2 beach bars nearby!
Since we were looking for peace and contemplation, it was ideal for us.
We would love to come back.

Super nice flat
We had a very nice three weeks in the flat Casa Kristin. A very beautiful flat, very clean, nothing was missing
and with a mega great view of the sea. Our contact person Vera is really nice and helpful, it doesn't get any better than that. That's why we have already booked the flat again for next year. We can absolutely recommend it.

Fantastic holiday at Casa Kristin
We spent a wonderful time at Casa Kristin with our two children (3+6).
First of all, the contact with Vera was very pleasant, friendly and uncomplicated. When we arrived at the flat, we were greeted by a lovingly and very well equipped holiday flat.
We wanted for nothing - from washing machine, hairdryer and beach towels to toys for the children, everything was there
The location is unique, as you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise every morning and are only a few steps away from the beach
The shopping facilities in the village are only a stone's throw away.

Great holiday
Super location, you are at the waterfront in 5 min and also at the supermarket in 5 min. The room layout and view are also great, nothing to complain about.

3 Wonderful weeks with sunshine galore
We had 3 wonderful weeks with lots of sun and little wind.
The flat offers every comfort with a super view and wonderful sunrises.
The care by Vera and the dentist's tip made the holiday an experience.
The 2 bedrooms gave us the opportunity to wake up to the sound of the sea and the sunrise.
We can only recommend the complex with its proximity to the beach and the flat with the excellent care of Vera.

Hier fühlt man sich wohl
Bei Ankunft sehr nette Begrüßung durch die sympatische Vera Laubach, die uns mit dem wichtigsten vertraut machte.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung hatten wir das Gefühl
" Hier sind wir richtig"
Die Casa Kristin ist eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Austattung . Der Blick aus Küche/ Wohnzimmer auf das Meer und den Strand ist super schön!
Wenn der Wind es zulässt, frühstückt man auf dem Balkon und genießt einfach die Aussicht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aus der Anlage raus ca. 50 m und man steht im Sand. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind keine 5 Min. entfernt, Parkplatz findet man ohne Probleme vor der Tür.
Geschlafen haben wir sehr gut und bei offener Tür hört man das Meer.

"Traum- Urlaub" auch dank dieser tollen Unterkunft
Wir, eine kleine Familie mit drei Personen, haben diese tolle Wohnung im genannten Zeitraum bezogen. Vom ersten Eindruck bis hin zur letzten Minute, waren wir alle vollkommen Begeistert. Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung bis hin zum traumhaften Ausblick auf der Terrasse war alles super. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Super Vermietung. Ein Urlaub beginnt erst dann so richtig positiv wenn man so herzlich und liebevoll Begrüßt wird wie hier von der lieben Vera.
Fazit: " Immer wieder gerne" und bereits jetzt schon die nächsten Termine fix gemacht.

Immer wieder gerne !
Hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit Wahnsinns Ausblick. 50 m zum Meer und zur nächsten Strandbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 100 m entfernt.
Super Betreuung durch Vera. Kann man bedenkenlos buchen!
Pool brauchten wir bei der Nähe zum Strand nicht.

Casa Kristin - Erholung pur
Casa Kristin hält alles was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird. Die Betreuung durch Frau Laubach war von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise unkomliziert, verbindlich und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zwei entspannte Wochen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande von Costa Calma in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten kleinen Anlage und ist ein hervorragender Stützpunkt, um von hieraus die Insel mit ihrer vielfältigen Gesichtern zu erkunden. Die Aussicht auf Strand und Berge ist allein schon pure Erholung.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: das genante Doppelbett besteht aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten mit einer gewissen Eigendynamik und könnte für unseren Geschmack bessere Matratzen vertragen. Wir sind auf die Ausziehcouch ausgewichen und hatten von hier aus jeden Morgen einen herrlichen Blick in den Sonnenaufgang.
Alles in allem genug Gründe um wieder hierher zu kommen!

Gepflegte Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick
Bereits vor der Anreise hatten wir einen sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu Frau Laubach. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir umfangreich über alle Details der Wohnung und des Umfeldes informiert.
Die Wohnung selbst war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr hell. Von den beiden Balkonen hatten wir einen traumhaften Meerblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Zwei Bäder, gute Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche trugen zu unserem Wohlbefinden bei. Die Anlage mit kleinem Pool macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Der Strand ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir haben hier wirklich 14 schöne Urlaubstage verbracht und für das nächste Jahr bereits wieder gebucht.
