Casa Laura is located in a private, exclusive apartment complex with a beautiful pool just 50 meters from the beach. The excellently designed apartment with high-quality furnishings has 2 large bedrooms, a living area with a very comfortable couch, table, 1 Android TV, dining table with 4 chairs, and a modern fitted kitchen. Everything has been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. The bathroom has a large shower and a washbasin with drawers, toilet, and a cabinet.
On the balcony, there is a table with 4 chairs, a sun umbrella, and a clothes rack.
The complex has large sun terraces around the pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The gardens and tennis court are very well-maintained.
Enjoy the proximity to the sea and beach in this beautiful complex with a comfortable ambiance. Additionally, we offer you free Wi-Fi.

Casa Laura is just 50 meters from the beach in the well-kept facility Hibiscos.
A car is not absolutely necessary. The supermarket, the baker, car rental companies and a lot of restaurants are within a few minutes on foot. The Costa Calma is a growing city with many green areas. There are several small shopping centers with a wide variety of shops.

Great apartment! Perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Costa Calma. The amenities are truly excellent and leave nothing to be desired.
We especially want to highlight the landlord, Mrs. Schmidt, who is incredibly nice and friendly and takes care of everything at any time. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would love to come back!

Perfect holiday with beautiful holiday flat Casa Laura

We had another wonderful holiday in the Los Hibiscos holiday complex, this time in the beautiful and well-kept holiday flat Casa Laura. The flat is perfectly furnished and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. As there were only two of us, we did not use the 2nd bedroom. So it is also the perfect accommodation for 4 people. The landlady Mrs Schmidt is a friendly and very caring host. The welcome was really warm and we immediately felt at home. We can only recommend the flat. The flat is only a 2 min. walk to the beach/sea, a well-maintained pool in the complex and about 5 min. to the nearest supermarket. Many thanks to Mrs. Schmidt. See you soon!

Beautiful days at the sea

The residential complex Casa Laura offers the perfect opportunity for a beach vacation with its immediate proximity to the sea (approx. 50m). Especially in times of Corona, you can have the expansive beaches to yourself. The apartment is well-equipped for four people, allowing you to prepare more elaborate meals. Two supermarkets, which also offer fresh fish, are only about 200 and 400 meters away. One not to be underestimated advantage is the easy accessibility of the friendly landlady, who lives at the end of the street and is there to help the guest with advice and assistance. For a holiday away from mass tourism, where you can relax in the sun, on the beach and by the sea, this is an ideal tip.

Carefree and beautiful all around

The apartment is very quiet and equipped with everything you need for daily life. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Even spices, vinegar, oil, everything is available. 50 m to the beach ensure unspoiled bathing pleasures. In addition, restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance. Communication with Frau Schmidt is absolutely straightforward and reliable. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Wonderful holiday in a great apartment.

We were more than satisfied. The app, offers everything that is needed, there was really nothing missing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything above average.
It is super clean, bright and friendly furnished. We were able to spread out.
The landlady is very very nice. She was on site on the day of arrival and gave us lots of tips. Because of the good description, we found the app straight away.
We can recommend the app with a clear conscience.

Great location, great amenities, great service

The contact before the vacation and arrival tips were very helpful and nice.
We found the holiday apartment and key address right away.
Great to have towels available for the bathroom and the beach, as well as a beach tent. Also, Renate's offer to change towels and bed linen was very thoughtful.

The complex is very quiet and personal. We always found a free sunbed at the well-maintained pool whenever it was too windy for us at the beach. The nearby beaches are awesome, dreamlike, and peaceful. Shopping at the large Spar market is great and easily transportable with the "Retiree Buggy" available in the vacation rental. Having a rental car for the entire stay is not necessarily required but still nice. This type of vacation and the vacation rental are always preferable to a package holiday.

Very, very beautiful - highly recommended.

We were two people staying in Casa Laura for a week and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished. We really liked the large shower. The beds and blankets are very good quality. The kitchen equipment is more than good! The location is perfect for exploring the island, with only a few steps to the beach. There are restaurants nearby, which are also very cheap and good. Shopping facilities and bakery are also easily accessible on foot.
The small balcony is perfectly located and sheltered from the wind. The complex is well-maintained and clean.
Parking spaces are also available. Overall, a very nice week!
A big thank you to Mrs. Schmidt, who is an absolutely lovely lady and also takes care of her guests and their needs.
When we come back to the island, then definitely in the accommodation Casa Laura . . . . .

Beach vacation

The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, we cooked a lot, pots, pans, quality dishware available, as well as linens. The best thing is the location: just a few steps to the beach. Mrs. Schmidt was very friendly and helpful. The resort is also clean and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable and can gladly recommend Casa Laura, with the limitation that it gets a bit tight for 6 people in the living room and on the balcony.

Perfect with a toddler

The apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. The mattresses are back-friendly. Especially in the kitchen area, many items are part of the decor that you would search for in vain in other holiday apartments. The equipment for a toddler - e.g., bed, high chair, towel ponchos, windbreak - was also great. The terrace is separated from the courtyard like a balcony, so the pool is not a danger for a toddler. Unfortunately, the terrace only offers a view of the courtyard. However, there is little wind there. The pool itself was unfortunately too cold and therefore not really usable. The beach is only 100 meters away, so we didn't miss the pool.
The landlady, Mrs. Schmidt, is very nice and caring. When there were problems with the internet, she promptly changed the contract.
