Description
Casa Laura is just 50 meters from the beach in a private, exclusive apartment complex with nice pool. The excellent layout of the apartment with quality furnishings has 2 large bedrooms (one with flat screen TV and sofa bed for 5th person), a living room with a very comfortable bed, table, flat screen TV, dining table with 4 chairs and a modern fitted kitchen. Everything was furnished and decorated with great attention to detail.
The bathroom has a large shower
On the balcony there is a table with chairs, a parasol and a clothes horse.
The plant has around the pool large sun terraces with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The gardens and the tennis court are very well maintained.
Enjoy the proximity to the sea and the beach in this beautiful facility with feel-good character.

Casa Laura is just 50 meters from the beach in the well-kept facility Hibiscos.
A car is not absolutely necessary. The supermarket, the baker, car rental companies and a lot of restaurants are within a few minutes on foot. The Costa Calma is a growing city with many green areas. There are several small shopping centers with a wide variety of shops.

Perfect holiday with beautiful holiday flat Casa Laura
We had another wonderful holiday in the Los Hibiscos holiday complex, this time in the beautiful and well-kept holiday flat Casa Laura. The flat is perfectly furnished and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. As there were only two of us, we did not use the 2nd bedroom. So it is also the perfect accommodation for 4 people. The landlady Mrs Schmidt is a friendly and very caring host. The welcome was really warm and we immediately felt at home. We can only recommend the flat. The flat is only a 2 min. walk to the beach/sea, a well-maintained pool in the complex and about 5 min. to the nearest supermarket. Many thanks to Mrs. Schmidt. See you soon!

Wonderful holiday in a great apartment.
We were more than satisfied. The app, offers everything that is needed, there was really nothing missing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything above average.
It is super clean, bright and friendly furnished. We were able to spread out.
The landlady is very very nice. She was on site on the day of arrival and gave us lots of tips. Because of the good description, we found the app straight away.
We can recommend the app with a clear conscience.

Beautiful holiday in Costa Calma
The flat is ideally located very close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It could not be better.
It is very well equipped, we only missed a dishwasher.
The small communal pool of the complex is clean and well maintained, it is cleaned every day
Everything is optimal!

Schöne Tage am Meer
Die Wohnanlage Casa Laura bietet mit ihrer unmittelbaren Nähe zum Meer (ca.50m) die perfekte Möglichkeit für einen Strandurlaub. Gerade in Zeiten von Corona kann man an den weitläufigen Stränden für sich bleiben. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch aufwendigere Gerichte selbst zubereiten kann. Zwei Supermärkte, die auch frischen Fisch anbieten, sind nur ca. 200 und 400 Meter entfernt.
Ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil ist die problemlose Erreichbarkeit der freundlichen Vermieterin, die am Ende der Straße wohnt und dem Gast mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.
Für einen Urlaub, jenseits des Massentourismus, bei dem man bei Sonne, Strand und Meer die Seele baumeln lassen kann, ein idealer Tipp.

Rundum sorglos und schön
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Auch die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar Gewürze, Essig Öl alles ist vorhanden. 50 m bis zum Strand lassen ungetrübte Badefreuden aufkommen. Außerdem sind Restaurants, Supermärkte in unmittelbare Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen . Kommunikation mit Frau Schmidt ist absolut problemlos und zuverlässig. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir können das Apartment mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Super Lage - ein Steinwurf zum Strand. Beste Ausstattung - an jedes Detail gedacht. Wenn mal was defekt ist, kommt sofort ein Techniker. Alles Top gepflegt. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub!

super Lage, super Ausstattung, super Betreuung
Bereits die Kontaktaufnahme vor dem Urlaub und Anreisetipps waren sehr hilfreich und nett.
Wir haben die FEWO und Schlüsseladresse gleich gefunden.
Super, die verfügbaren Handtücher für Bad und Strand sowie Strandmuschel. Auch das Angebot von Renate, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln, sehr aufmerksam.
Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und persönlich. Wir haben jederzeit, wenn es uns am Strand zu windig war, eine freie Liege am gut gepflegten Pool gefunden. Die nahe gelegenen Strände sind genial, traumhaft, ruhig.
Einkauf im großen Spar Markt super und mit dem in der FEWO verfügbaren "Rentner - Buggy" :-) auch gut transportierbar. Einen Mietwagen für die gesamte Zeit ist deswegen nicht unbedingt erforderlich, aber für trotzdem schön.
Diese Art Urlaub und die FEWO ist jederzeit einem Pauschalurlaub vorzuziehen.

Sehr sehr schön - zu empfehlen
Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in der Casa Laura und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die große Dusche kam bei uns sehr gut an.
Die Betten und Decken sind sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung mehr als gut!
Die Lage ist perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden, zum Strand wenige Schritte zu laufen. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und zudem auch sehr günstig und gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäcker ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der kleine Balkon ist perfekt gelegen und windstill. Die Anlage ist auch gepflegt und sauber.
Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Rundum eine sehr schöne Woche!
Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Frau Schmidt, die eine absolut nette Dame ist und sich auch um Ihre Gäste und deren Belange kümmert.
Wenn wir wieder auf die Insel kommen, dann ganz klar in der Unterkunft Casa Laura .....

Perfekt mit Kleinkind
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind rückenfreundlich. Gerade im Küchenbereich gehören viele Gegenstände zur Einrichtung, die man in anderen Ferienwohnungen vergeblich sucht. Die Ausstattung für ein Kleinkind - z.B. Bett, Hochstuhl, Handtuch-Ponchos, Windmuschel - war auch toll.
Die Terrasse ist wie ein Balkon vom Hof abgegrenzt, so dass der Pool für ein Kleinkind keine Gefahr ist. Von der Terrasse hat man leider nur den Blick in den Hof. Dafür ist dort wenig Wind. Der Pool selbst war leider zu kalt und daher nicht wirklich nutzbar. Der Strand ist nur 100 Meter entfernt, so haben wir den Pool nicht vermisst.
Die Vermieterin Frau Schmidt ist sehr nett und kümmert sich. Als es mit dem Internet Probleme gab, wechselte sie zeitnah den Vertrag.

Wunderschön
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Familie Schmidt, sind tolle Gastgeber und kümmern sich super um einen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage. Wir können es nur empfehlen :-)

Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr in guter Qualität vorhanden, ebenso Wäsche. Das Beste ist die Lage: nur einige Schritte zum Strand. Frau Schmidt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Auch die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Casa Laura gern weiterempfehlen, mit der Einschränkung, dass es für 6 Personen etwas eng wird im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon.
