Ground floor: new modern holiday flat with open, fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate cooker (Ceran), oven, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and various electrical appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster), spacious dining and living area with TV/Sat (flat screen) and free WLAN, books and board games for cosy evenings available, bathroom with rain shower and WC, 1. Bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses 90 x 200), wardrobe and chest of drawers, 2nd bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 each) and chest of drawers, hallway with wardrobe, utility room with washing machine and clothes horse

First let in May 2019 - holiday in the beautiful seaside resort of Breege/ Juliusruh!
The flat is a non-smoking flat and is south and west facing. Internet/ WLAN is available free of charge. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The windows can be darkened with electrically operated shutters. There are fly screens in the bedroom and living area. A lockable shed can be used for storing bicycles. A parking space is available at the house. You have the possibility to barbecue on the terrace. The harbour of Breege (only 250 m away) is a popular destination and starting point for ferry trips to Hiddensee and Ralswiek for the Störtebeker Festival. Shopping facilities, bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. There are optimal beach, cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island. The neighbouring villages of Wiek and Dranske offer good surfing and kite spots. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers!

Here, on the sunny peninsula of Wittow, Rügen is said to be at its most beautiful. At least that's what many people from Rügen and holidaymakers who come here again and again say.
Away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with overcrowded beaches, you will spend a beautiful and relaxing holiday here, in a landscape that is almost left to nature. The seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, offers an eventful stay that will not only be remembered by the children.
In Breege you can still see the history of the old fishing village. The harbour and the old captain's houses are witnesses of this era.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore
sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
The lifeguard service at Juliusruh beach ensures safety during the bathing season.
The sunset on the Baltic Sea and over land is always a great spectacle.
When exploring the coastal landscape, with its high coast, you still come across unspoilt beaches. You get the impression of being transported back to prehistoric times - after the Ice Age.

Super location, clean, solid facilities
The location of the holiday flat directly at the harbour in Breege is nice and quiet and close to the water. Beautiful surf spots can be reached by car in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself was very clean and well equipped. The booking process was easy. We will be happy to come back.

Leider Schmutzig - nicht allergikergeeignet
Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wird jedoch nur sehr unzureichend gereinigt. Dies ist leider regelmäßig so. Angeboten wurde nur eine Nachbesserung am nächsten Tag. Da hatten wir aber schon selbst geputzt und alles ausgepackt. Für 85€ Reinigungsgebühr erwarte ich eine saubere Wohnung oder wenigstens Rückerstattung der Reinigungsgebühr.

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Familienurlaub in guter Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung war super, der Service freundlich und die Umgebung genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben.
