Description

The semi-detached house (3 rooms, ground floor + attic, approx. 80m²) with fenced terrace offers ample space for 6 people. On the ground floor, it features a large living/dining area with sofa bed, fireplace, and access to the terrace. A daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, and infrared sauna is also located on the ground floor. In the attic, there are two separate bedrooms for 2 people each, as well as a daylight bathroom with bathtub, whirlpool, and toilet. The semi-detached house is located in a quiet, small holiday complex in the village of Juliusruh on Rügen, with only 18 units, in an idyllic setting between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, about 400 meters from the 12 km long fine sandy beach, the Schaabe. The house features comfortable amenities with a modern and fully equipped kitchenette including high-quality built-in appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment). For breakfast on the terrace or for barbecuing, you will find garden furniture and a sun umbrella in the house.

The holiday home is tastefully furnished and features cable TV and free Wi-Fi. There is underfloor heating in the living/dining area and in the bathroom. A cot, high chair, and step stool for the washbasin are provided free of charge. Smoking is not permitted. One free parking space belongs to the holiday home.

The standard occupancy is 4 people. For additional occupancy (max. For more than 6 people, an additional occupancy surcharge of €15.00 per person/night applies for persons aged 10 and over. One additional small child up to 3 years old is allowed.

The service includes made beds, towels (bath towel, hand towel, bath mat), dish towels, and a kitchen starter set (dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, dish towel, cloth).

Location and surroundings of object

You can reach the fine sandy, gently sloping, approximately 12 km long bathing beach in about 5 minutes on foot. It is the most popular bathing beach on Rügen, bordered by a pine forest with a cycle path. At this beach you will find no hotels or holiday apartment complexes, only pure and untouched nature. There is the possibility to rent a beach chair on site. You can reach the beautiful large Jasmund Bodden in about 2 minutes on foot. A restaurant with bar, breakfast options, and a bakery shop (fresh rolls daily) is located 50m from the holiday home. Cape Arkona is about 12 km away, the train station in Sagard about 18 km, the open-air stage Ralswiek about 29 km. There is a bike rental just 500m away.

Further restaurants are about 1 km away in Breege; from Breege harbor you can also travel daily to the island of Hiddensee. Grocery stores can be found in Altenkirchen, 4 km away. The town of Juliusruh has a beautiful beach promenade with ice cream cafés, souvenir shops, restaurants, fashion stores, and much more.

In the spa park about 600 meters away there are 2 playgrounds.
