Description
Our semi-detached house is located at the historic spa gardens of Juliusruh, only 350m from the beach.
There is room for the whole family here
On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed (140x190). If someone wants to retire, they will also find a TV here.
Opposite is the bathroom with shower.
In the spacious living-dining room with open kitchen you can make yourself comfortable
Whether in front of the large TV with Blu-Ray player on the comfortable sofas or at the large table in the bay window, you can enjoy your stay.
In the colder seasons, the gas fireplace provides pleasant warmth and cosiness without having to drag wood.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, large induction hob, oven, microwave and a fridge with separate freezer compartment.
A coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, various pots and pans as well as a few kitchen gadgets make for an enjoyable cooking evening.
And if anyone wants to help, they can make themselves comfortable at the kitchen island.
Children's crockery and cutlery are also available.
The ground floor is designed without thresholds: threshold-free entrance and terrace access
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single bunk beds (90x200). In both bedrooms you will also find a TV.
For children, there are some games, books and Lego bricks in the room. The single beds can be equipped with a fall protection
For the little ones, there is a cot (60x120) and a high chair.
There is a step and toilet seat in both bathrooms.
And the stairs downstairs are secured with a little door.
After a long walk in winter, you can warm up in the spacious sauna, in the upstairs bathroom, and then enjoy the fresh air on the balcony.
The garden is completely fenced, you can let your four-legged friend run free.
In the garden shed you will find four bicycles with a child's bicycle seat and a handcart with beach toys, as well as a Weber electric barbecue.
On the terrace you will find a table with six chairs, a large parasol, two sun loungers and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony.
Sauna towel and a bathrobe ( or L/XL) can be rented for a fee of 10,- and the laundry package for 19,40 €.
A washer-dryer provides fresh laundry if needed.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and a decalcification system.
All windows have fly screens.
You will find your own charging station (22 kW) for your e-car directly at the house (for a fee)
So, just pack your bags and enjoy your holiday.

The house is located at the Juliusruh spa gardens
It is 350m to the Baltic Sea, a walk with our handcart.
The fine sandy natural beach invites you to long walks. Look for ambers after a storm or chicken gods on the beach.
The gently sloping beach is ideal for small children.
You will find several restaurants in Juliusruh and Breege.
The beach café with bakery for fresh bread rolls (high season only), the ice cream parlour and a souvenir shop in Juliusruh are usually open from April to October.
In Breege (900m) you will find an island mini-market EDEKA for the little shopping in between and in Altenkirchen (1.5 km) a NETTO market and the Stolz department stores'.
