Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses 90×200 each) and wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200 each), wardrobe and TV/Sat (flatscreen),large bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror
Outdoor area: large terrace for barbecuing and relaxing with comfortable garden furniture for 4 people and large parasol (barbecue available), a beach chair invites you to relax, 3 bicycles for adults are available (use without guarantee), a play ball, a small climbing frame and a badminton set round off the leisure activities at the holiday home
Holiday in the "Lotsenhaus" at the Baltic Sea
The large enclosed property with approx. 500m², consisting of terrace and lawn, offers enough space for games, fun or communal barbecues for the whole family. Internet (WLAN) is available in the house and can be used free of charge. For your little ones, there is a high chair and a travel cot. The holiday home is a non-smoking accommodation and all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The washing machine can be used free of charge. Ironing board, iron and a portable clothes horse are part of the equipment. There is also a lockable bicycle storage facility at the property for the bicycles you bring with you. If you are travelling by car, you have your own parking space directly in front of the holiday flat free of charge. Numerous cycling and hiking paths offer nature lovers many opportunities to explore the Schaabe, the Wittow peninsula, Cape Arkona and the fishing village of Vitt. Only 500 metres away, there is also a bicycle rental. Shopping facilities (real island market), bakers and restaurants (with breakfast) are in the immediate vicinity. The Breeger harbour, approx. 400 m away, offers excursion possibilities by ship to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden trips, crane trips and to the Störtebeker Festival. A sailing school is also located in the seaside resort. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers.

Location and surroundings of object
Here, on the sunny peninsula of Wittow, Rügen is supposed to be the most beautiful. At least that's what many people from Rügen and holidaymakers who come here again and again claim.
Away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with overcrowded beaches, you will spend a beautiful and relaxing holiday here, in a landscape that is almost left to nature. The seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, offers an eventful stay that will not only be remembered by children.
In Breege you can still see the history of the old fishing village. The harbour and the old captain's houses are witnesses of this era.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches
lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
The lifeguard service at Juliusruh beach ensures safety during the bathing season.
The sunset on the Baltic Sea and over land is always a great spectacle.
When exploring the coastal landscape, with its high coast, you still come across unspoilt beaches. You get the impression of being transported back to prehistoric times - after the Ice Age.
