Description
The living space of our family-friendly holiday home extends over 90 square metres and is designed for 4 people. It has a nicely furnished, light-flooded conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair, as well as a garden.
Enjoy the direct view of the Breeger Bodden from the roof terrace (facing south)
In addition, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double bed each, a balcony room with sofa and TV with DVD player, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet await you.
In addition, there is a cot in one of the bedrooms.
A spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and radio allows you to enjoy an entertaining stay even when the weather is not so good.
A separate high-quality kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc.

The holiday home "Hus Breege" in the style of a mid-terrace house is located in the middle of the old village centre of the former fishing village of Breege, 3 min. on foot from the harbour. The 1200m to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach Schaabe can be easily reached on foot or by bike.
a wonderful 11 km long cycle path leads along the steep coast to Cape Arkona.
A bicycle rental is located approx. 500m from the holiday home.
A supermarket, bakery, restaurants and fish smokehouse are within walking distance. The unique location of Breege between the Baltic Sea and the Breeger Bodden makes this holiday resort a particularly attractive destination.
Breege is a quiet, relaxing former fishing village with an old harbour and cosy restaurants and fish smokehouses.
Old thatched captain's houses bear witness to its historic past.
The 11km long sandy beach invites you to swim and relax.
The Mola sailing school at the harbour (3 minutes' walk from the holiday home) offers the possibility of learning to sail, acquiring a sailing licence or chartering a yacht. The ferries to Hiddensee and Ralswiek (for the Störtebeker Festival) also leave from here.

Cancellation terms:
- Grundsätzlich ist eine Stornierung der Buchung, die schriftlich erfolgen muss, möglich. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung. Folgende Stornokosten entstehen:
- Bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 20% des Mietpreises
- Bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises
- Bis 45 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 75% des Mietpreises 44-14 Tage vor Mietbeginn : 80% des Mietpreises Bei späterer Absage oder Nichterscheinen muss der gesamte Mietpreis bezahlt werden unter der Voraussetzung, dass eine Weitervermietung nicht möglich war. Super holiday on Rügen
It was a wonderful holiday on Rügen and at Hus Breege. We had great weather and were able to do a lot. We felt very comfortable in Breege, which was also due to the great accommodation. From the upper bedroom you have a great view of the harbour and also of beautiful sunsets. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend Hus Breege. We would also like to thank the landlady Mrs. Kluge for her nice tips for excursions with the dog, who also felt very comfortable. It will certainly not have been our last holiday on Rügen.

Top Ferienwohnung mit Boddenblick
Hus Breege hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir (4 Erwachsene mit Hund) haben eine wunderbare Zeit auf Rügen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist freundlich, praktisch und schön eingerichtet, die Küchenausstattung ist super: eine grosse Auswahl an Geschirr, viele Dinge, die sonst oft in FeWo fehlen, sind vorhanden, z.B. eine Espresso-Kaffeemaschine, diverse Spezialmesser und viele kleine Küchenhelfer, sogar Gewürze, sowie eine Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung war in einem tiptop sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Die Aufteilung der Räume über 2 Stockwerke mit Balkon, Wintergarten und Gartensitzplatz inklusive Gartenmöbel (plus edler Strandkorb) ist sehr grosszügig. Die Aussicht auf Hafen und Bodden ist toll! Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
