A cosy house with garden just a few meters from the beach, fully equipped to enjoy a great stay for up to 6 people. The house is located in the quiet residential area of Mas Sopas (Amfora), in the town of Sant Pere Pescador in the bay of Rosas. The beach of Sant Pere Pescador with an area of more than 6 kilometers is ideal for families, here you will always find a quiet place to take a bath, practice water sports and sunbathe. On 2 kilometers is the village center with shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market every Wednesday. On foot you can reach the Greek-Roman ruins of Sant Martí de Empuries and the magnificent beaches. The coastal towns of L'Escala and Rosas are highly recommended a stroll through their seaports and a visit to their ancient streets and beautiful beaches. On 20 kilometers you have the Dali Museum in Figueres and on 40 kilometers the fantastic city of Girona, definitely worth visiting.

Like home!
The contact with the V. Permann family was super friendly and binding. We (parents with two children) felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and well-arranged house. Everything you need is available, which was very pleasant! The property offers so many beautiful places that whether sun, shade, or a windless corner is desired, everything is always possible ;-) The surroundings are simply fantastic, and the beach is reachable in five minutes on foot. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful house in a dream beach location
This lovingly maintained and super-equipped house in a typical local style is perfect for the whole family. An idyllic feel-good garden with a terrace, a swing, and an outdoor shower provides plenty of relaxation. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you enjoy cooking. The design of the house is ideal, even for large families (including grandparents).
The exceptional location in a sparsely populated neighborhood (Amfora) directly adjacent to one of the most beautiful natural beaches on the Costa Brava is exclusive. Just leave the car behind because families with children as well as sports enthusiasts (kite/wind/wing surfers) will find plenty of space on the extra-wide, fine sandy beach just a few meters away on foot. The beach stretches for many kilometers along the beautiful natural park "Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls."
In the peaceful village of Sant Pere Pescador, you will find a large supermarket, bakery, and good restaurants. In addition, the proximity to Figueres with the Dali Museum, Girona - partly a filming location for Game of Thrones - and the white town of Cadaqués offers plenty of exciting excursions.
Many details show that the extremely friendly owner family has put their heart and soul into the property. The inventory is carefully taken care of accordingly.
If you love nature and want to enjoy the comfort of this dream house, you will find the perfect holiday retreat here. We are already addicted to this unique place and will continue to spend many relaxed weeks here.

Perfect holiday home in Spain and a dream vacation by the sea
Our stay in this holiday house in Spain was simply fantastic! The house is not only beautiful and cozy, but also excellently maintained. The proximity to the sea, only 3 minutes from the house, is truly a highlight. The beaches are an absolute dream - they are not crowded and are kept very clean.
We were pleasantly surprised at how good this holiday house is compared to other offerings in the region. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth a recommendation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

Dreamy vacation home near the beach
We have once again spent our summer vacation in the great holiday home in Sant Pere Pescador. The holiday home is very well maintained by the landlord families, tastefully furnished, well equipped, has a well-kept garden (in which there is now a pool ?♀️?) and two large shaded terraces with an outdoor shower, and much more. Due to the quiet residential area and the direct proximity to the beach, we really lacked nothing, so we could enjoy fantastic holidays.
