The holiday home La Roca with its two holiday flats is located on the hill Els Grecs (the Greeks), which rises directly from the centre of Roses. From the house it is only 300 to 400 m to the centre of the village, and the same distance again to the beach. The location of Casa La Roca is probably one of the best in the whole of Roses and cannot be bettered. The view to the right is over the Pyrenees with the Sierra Cadi ( m high), which is covered with snow in spring, autumn and winter. At your feet is the town and the Mediterranean Sea with the Bay of Roses and the towns of Santa Margarita, E(A)mpuriabrava. To the left, the view continues over the sea and the yacht and fishing port of Roses. The second holiday flat in the house, also up to 4 persons, two bedrooms, can be rented at the same time if necessary.

The house La Roca is a detached house with two units in the villa district Els Grecs. The house is located in the centre of Roses, but absolutely quiet. The street is a dead end and leads exclusively to the adjacent villas and houses. Situated above the town, you have a fantastic view over the town and of course to the sea and over the bay of Rosas to Ampuriabrava to La Escala. The view to the right goes over the Pyrenees with the Sierra Cadi ( m high), which is covered with snow in spring, autumn and winter. It is particularly impressive to see the sea and the thousands and thousands of lights from the terrace in the evening, which are illuminated by the fishing boats, the villages of the bay of Roses and the city of Figueras. The flat contains everything necessary for living up to 4 persons. The offered internet connection (Wireless Lan, WiFi) is provided by a third party. Price 2008 = approx. 10 EURO per week. Roses offers a beautiful old town centre with typical corners and alleys. Just as picturesque is the fishing harbour, where you can buy fresh fish and seafood every day. Situated on the edge of the Pyrenees, the snow-capped peaks provide an impressive backdrop in spring and autumn. No area of the Costa Brava is as varied.
The Bay of Rosas has the longest and finest sandy beaches of the Costa Brava, but at the same time numerous small, hidden romantic coves to discover: all water sports, paragliding, go-carting and much more.
