The House Montgri 23 is a very cozy and well-kept house for 5 persons, which has (only for 2 houses) on a fenced by hedge growth land with garden and community pool. The living space is spread over 2 levels, in the lower part it has 1 living-dining room with open fireplace and a well-equipped American and exotic cuisine, 1 sep. Wc and on the 1st floor is a bathroom (bath, bidet, sink, toilet) and 1 bedroom with double. bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed and single bed. These include a garage and a beautiful furnished terrace. The pool area is common area (for home Montgri and Montgri house 25). Satellite TV, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, barbecue, 3 deckchairs, various children's toys are available. Also, for the winter period an energy-saving electric fireclay heating.
800m to the town beach, about 200m nearest supermarket.

The Costa Brava has been one Jahrundeten the most beautiful and popular holiday areas of Europe. Bizarre cliffs and small bays alternate with kilometers of your sandy beaches. Relaxation by lounging, sunbathing or even any kind exercise are paramount here. In the Bay of Roses is La Escala. La Escala has a beautiful old town and is known for its Roman ruins right on the beach. Restaurants, cafes, bodegas and boutiques tempt you to linger. Very well known La Escala is for diving, surfing and sailing friends. Excursions of all kinds are offered the spot. The house Montgri is located in the residential area Riells and is about 800m from city beach Riells (fine sandy beach) , shops (including Aldi and Lidl), fish store, gas station, bars, soccer field, school disco you will find in the vicinity. More idyllic beaches are approximately 2 km away and easy to reach by car (also Parkmöglichketien).

Complaint letter
We were on vacation in this property with three people during the above-mentioned period. Subsequently, I wrote the following letter, which has remained unanswered to this day.
Hello Mrs. Guth,
Unfortunately, you will not like the following words. We must inform you that we did not like your accommodation at all, apart from the outdoor area. We have never experienced such a poor and unclean apartment in 15 years in l'Escala. We find it very strange to offer something like this. A kitchen that is furnished in the most primitive way. Something has been covered with tape, a stove on which you wouldn't really want to cook anything. The faucet is loose and filthy. In the living room, a disgusting couch full of various stains. An armchair with stinky cushions. The bedroom is a disgrace, with broken bedding, pillows that belong in the trash. All the beds squeak with every turn. They offer this apartment for five people, ridiculous and outrageous. (The square meters per person in the children's room are fewer than in a jail cell.) No door closes properly, windows are warped and rattle with every gust of wind, making sleep nearly impossible. Dirty toilets, poorly cleaned corners, cabinets that should be washed out, are just a few more deficiencies. To put it briefly, a thorough cleaning is more than necessary. The garage door makes so much noise when opening and closing that it can be heard after 10 PM. I would like to avoid using it after 00:00 to not upset the neighborhood. We will send you appropriate images via WhatsApp. All in all, it's very embarrassing that a property is being rented out in such a condition and, according to your statement, during the peak season for €800 per WEEK. We will not recommend you, quite the opposite, we strongly advise against it.

Again and again
We stayed in this house for 10 days with 3 adults and 1 child.
We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable from the beginning.
You could reach Mrs Guth at any time.
the supermarket ALDI and CARREFOUR are only a stone's throw away, and the beach is not far away.
From the garden you have a wonderful view to the mountains.
It was very quiet and yet all amenities were very close.
Since we were there in April, we had very nice weather, so our daughter could already use the pool, besides we barbecued, while we were watched by cute cats.
All in all, it was really nice and very pleasant.
We will definitely come back next year.
