The house Casa Montgri 25 is geeigent a very cozy, decorated in Catalan style, neat, detached house for 5 people. The living space is spread over 2 levels. In the lower part it has 1 living-dining room with open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet and on the 1st floor is a bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC) and 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bed , A roof terrace can be reached through the bedroom. This includes a garage and a beautiful furnished terrace. The pool area is common area (for only 2 houses), satellite TV German, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, 3 deckchairs and various children's toys are available. It is also available for the winter time an energy-saving electric fireclay heating in all rooms.

Location and surroundings of object
The House Montgri 25 is in a residential area in La Escala. There are about 800m to find the town beach Riells and the promenade, where very cozy cafes, bars and restaurants offer which Catalan specialties. Nearby there are shops (Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour express, gas station), soccer field, school disco. It performs no main road right past the house. The plot with garden and community pool is fenced with hedge growth. La Escala is a family friendly holiday. Bizarre cliffs and sandy beaches can be found here. La Escala has a very nice old town with cozy bars, restaurants and shopping. At the city beach Riells a promenade with boutiques, cafes and bars to stroll and linger. The town beach of Riells is well suitable for for children, as the beach very easily falls and a children's playground. La Escala also offers cultural features, including Roman archaeological sites. Also La Escala is very popular and well-known in diving and surfing friends.

Price performance top!!!
We have been coming back for many years! ! ! For this super price, there is nothing comparable. We always rent both houses at the same time for our time in l'Escala. The pool is great, and the outdoor area where you spend most of your time (has been beautifully renovated). The landlady is very friendly and always reachable if you have any questions. Everything works, it is clean, and something is always being renovated and modernized; we see this because we have been coming here for years, and it is getting more beautiful all the time, and the price-performance ratio has always been good. Here, everything you need is really available, we can really recommend it very much. Here we always feel very comfortable, the landlady is really super relaxed, friendly, and the house is great for the price, so really everything is top, we are very satisfied every year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house in a very good location
The holiday in La Escala was our first in Spain. We really liked it. The house is located in a quiet side street and is well maintained. The pool is the icing on the cake. We all felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlady was exemplary.
