THANK YOU for a great summer 2025

Thank you very much, Guido, for your great hospitality.
We had a wonderful, short two weeks with our dog in this vacation apartment.
A great area, as this residential area is completely fenced/security; as well as the vacation apartment itself is also separately fenced. There is no lack of security here.

It is 30 meters to the water.
Especially practical for those who have a dog/"water rat" or also want to use their stand-up paddle. One can walk or ride a bike along the promenade for an endless length.
In about 15 minutes on foot, there is a beach with loungers and umbrellas, where dogs are also allowed.

In about 10 minutes (right side), you reach the next camping area, where you can eat well or swim at the beach; without loungers and umbrellas.

Overall, this location is super central, to drive to Manerba in about 1 hour;
or in the other direction to Garda (about 25 minutes). In the apartment, everything is really available. It is very clean. Even dishwashing tabs and garbage bags have been thought of. With the air conditioning, it is very pleasant, or depending on the temperature, the fan above the bed is also very practical.

In the garden, there is enough space to play badminton or take a nap. The only point of criticism, which has nothing to do with the apartment, is the many mosquitoes - since you are very close to the water. Since the accommodation is directly behind Gardaland, one can take a walk there and save on parking fees. :-)
The sounds of Gardaland are relatively manageable.

We are also very grateful for the offer that one can eat super delicious, affordable, and diverse at the restaurant "Fantasia."
We had an all-around great and tasty vacation.

"Perfect base for a relaxing vacation"*****

We (two families with a total of three children) chose the holiday home in Lazise and were very satisfied with its size and location. The house has a terrace and is located directly opposite several restaurants, a tobacco shop, a provider for the amusement parks in Garda, and a wine shop. The lake is conveniently reachable in about 10 minutes on foot – just straight along the road – so you save on parking fees. Supermarkets are also easily and quickly accessible by car. If there were questions or concerns, Guido was always reliable, helpful, and resourceful. From the booking confirmation to the handover of the apartment, he consistently showed professionalism. Best regards to Guido at this point :-)! !

Wonderful hosts in a magnificent villa.

After arriving at this beautiful villa, we (two adults with two young children) were warmly welcomed by Elisabetta and Michele. The two are great hosts and enriched our vacation with their good recommendations and great helpfulness. The villa is a small gem in a lovely rose garden, well-equipped and located in a quiet residential area. In 10 minutes, you can reach the beautiful old town of Lazise. We thank Elisabetta and Michele for their wonderful hospitality and will definitely come back.
