The Dusano flat is a lovely three-roomed flat located on the ground floor with a spacious private garden equipped with an outdoor shower and a porch with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue; a living room with an American-style kitchen (American coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave oven and traditional oven are available), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, Wi-fi 30 Mega, satellite TV with USB and air conditioning included.
It includes a double room and a twin room, and there is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
Independent entrance and a reserved parking space inside the property complete the offer.
The Lido flat and the Romantic cottage are also available. All our houses can be viewed on the website casaargento.it
The daily price includes: water, electricity, gas, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, kitchen towel, Wi-fi 30 Mega, air conditioning/heating, use of kitchen and private parking space.
Final cleaning to be paid separately, flat rate.

In Manerba del Garda there are 14 km. of beaches, all public. The nearest beach is also the most beautiful and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, through the paths in the Perlino nature park, which is in front of our residence.
Our Residence is situated in a very quiet location, only 150 metres from the historical centre where you can find all services, as well as restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets (open all day long, also on Sundays) and is only a few minutes away from the famous port of Dusano and the beautiful beach of San Sivino. In Manerba del Garda, near Porto Torchio, there is a well-equipped and popular beach for dogs.
In the vicinity of our residence there are many hiking trails, bicycle paths, and country paths. You can walk or cycle to our beautiful beaches and take a walk along the long promenade where you will find bars, excellent restaurants and pizzerias. In front of our residence there is a beautiful children's playground, a well-equipped sports centre and a park where our four-legged friends can run and play.

Holiday in Manerba
- very cosy equipment
- everything you need was there, especially in the kitchen (appliances etc.)
- Garden with sunbeds and barbecue
- wonderful view from the balcony
!! The location is the most special thing about the house - the view over the hills is magnificent; for that you gladly accept the journey; the holiday was great, unfortunately the weather was not so good.

Silver House in Manerba
Beautiful, very clean and bright house, with a nice breeze. Simple but functional furnishings, every comfort available during our vacation. The owners are very kind and friendly, simple people always available. Optimal location, in the town center but away from the tourist chaos. The welcome upon arrival, based on sweets, fruit, fresh wine, combined with impeccable courtesy, is definitely a plus. We have already confirmed for next year, it's worth it.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung
We had a very nice week at Lake Garda. The apartment is modern and beautiful and completely adequate for the four of us + dog. The equipment was great, everything was really available, from the kitchen equipment to the Wi-Fi. The garden was also very nice, both for the children and for the adults. Everything was easily accessible by car, Lake Garda and the surrounding towns for shopping. Really worth it, we will definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break in the "Lido" apartment. The apartment is excellently equipped, there is nothing you would miss, and everything is absolutely neat, clean, and appealing. The contact with the landlord and our contact person was unique and also absolutely excellent. A clear recommendation!

Holiday in Manerba del Garda
We are very happy with our stay in Manerba at Mrs. Valentina's place, we couldn't have asked for more. The house was very spacious, clean, and bright, it lacked nothing and we were even gifted local products (wine and oil), fruits and vegetables from the garden, and a delicious homemade cake several times. Wifi, large and well-kept private garden, well-equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds. There was also air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, which is not so common in Italy! We can only say good things, and if possible, we will return. Thank you!

Bellissimo appartamento
We spent a month in a group and had a great time. The owners are delightful people and the house is large and bright with a beautiful view of the hills of Lake Garda. We rented the bikes they provided so we didn't have to use cars and were able to enjoy a truly relaxing holiday!!! We have already rebooked for next year, really a top vacation.

Silver House, beautiful ??
We lacked nothing! We (a couple, 45 and 52) spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment on Lake Garda.
It was a dream vacation!
The apartment is absolutely high-quality equipped, very clean, and also practical, modern, and tastefully furnished.
The landlords, Valentina and Andreas, are very hospitable and attach great importance to making sure their guests are happy and lack nothing. They provide valuable tips for a pleasant vacation, and Valentina is always available to her guests. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. Conclusion: Highly recommended! We will be back!
