The house "Casa Natalia" is a detached house with private garden, children's playground and car parking lot. It has two floors with two separate accommodation for two families that you can choose:
- First floor red two-room apartment (about 55 sqm) consists of two bedrooms: one with double bed (160x190), linens, table and chairs, ceiling fan, closet and door; zweiete with twin beds (80x190), ceiling fan, wardrobe with mirror. Equipped Kitchen; Full with door, towel, toilet, bidet, shower, mirror, closet, Hairdryer (fan). Extra bed possible.
The following equipment and services are included in the price: taxes, taxes, water, electricity, gas, kitchen with gas stove, crockery, mocha or filter caffè machine, refrigerator with freezer, Microwave. Peschiera: Attractive combination of lake and river landscape
Today it is an important hub for car and rail travelers. It is just a stone's throw from the old town and is a stop for the car and express trains on the Milan-Venice route.
Peschiera's old town, completely surrounded by canals, is located within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. When strolling through the narrow streets - not dominated by tourism - you will find many nice shops and small bars.
Shopping center: Lidel and Iper Family Supermarket 300 meters.
Restaurant and pizzeria: 400 meters.
Beach: 700 meters
The house is in a quiet residential area (no through traffic!)
The beach and center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The flat pebble beach is also ideal for small children. Shops (supermarket) and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (about 150 meters).
The interesting and popular tourist attractions of the southern shore of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland, Canevaworld, a safari park, as well as the historic cities of Verona and Mantova are just a few minutes away by car.

"Wonderful vacation at Casa Natalia"
Hello Angelo! We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay at Casa Natalia. We were in Peschiera del Garda at Casa Natalia from 10.05.-18.05.2014 and it was a beautiful vacation. The apartment was very clean and matched the pictures on the internet. The equipment is good and we had no complaints. There is no television and still no internet, but you don't necessarily need that for a week. Angelo is currently trying to find a solution for the internet. I have had many vacation rentals before, but never such a nice host. Angelo is very helpful with everything and also comes by every day. He takes a lot of time for his guests, which we really appreciated. Without him, it wouldn't have been half as fun. We arrived by train and didn't have a car, but that wasn't a problem. In 5 minutes you can walk to Lidl and it's about a 15-minute walk to the center. You can walk along the water, which is very nice. You can get anywhere by bus, but the buses only run once an hour, which we find a bit scarce. The surroundings are just great and every place has its charm. I will go back in 5 weeks, but this time by car, and then we will be in Lazise. I will definitely stop by Angelo's. What is also very nice is that dogs are allowed in both apartments. There is a garden where you can also sunbathe. The neighbors are also very nice. We can only recommend the apartment (we had the upper red apartment). Thank you very much Angelo for the great stay. We will come back.
We have been on vacation with Mr. Milani for 2 weeks now and we liked it very much. It was very clean. Mr. Milani was there for us every day. We could always turn to him with questions. He was always very friendly and explained everything to us in detail. He was also very fond of animals. We will come back. Many thanks to Mr. Milani. From Eva and Rene.
