Description
The apartment is new, consisting of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. It is furnished in Italian style, with original paintings on the walls, and maximum comfort (TV, WLAN, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, food warmer, underfloor heating . . . ). In addition, there is a covered parking space in the basement and a laundry room. It is located in a very quiet position, a few steps from the center, immersed in the greenery of a beautiful garden with multiple floral varieties. The main entrance is characterized by an Italian-style garden, with boxwood plants and a splendid fountain, surrounded by two rose gardens with collection plants (Italian, French, English, German). In the garden there are 250 roses of 30 different species. There are also olive trees that are used for the harvest and production of extra virgin olive oil. During the summer, the large olive trees provide shade for hammocks for relaxing in the greenery. There is a space deliberately left as a green lawn surrounded by typically Mediterranean plants (olive trees, cypresses, roses, oleanders) where there is a gazebo, where sunbeds and umbrellas can be placed for sunbathing, but also tables and chairs for breakfast or afternoon tea.
On the opposite side of the house there is a small herb and aromatic plant garden (basil, tomatoes, licorice, thyme, mint, rosemary, bay, sage, chili pepper, artichokes . . . ). The access to the basement garage is bordered on the left by a flowerbed featuring various floral species that bloom at different times, allowing guests to see some flowering plant at any time of the year from February to November (zantedeschia aethiopica, magnolia stellata, solanum, pittosporum, rhododendron, cotoneaster, helleborus, hydrangeas, jasmine, . . . ) while on the right there is a wall with jasmine plants. At the back of the house there is a wood of wild plants and the stream that passes through it before flowing into Lake Garda.

Wonderful hosts in a magnificent villa.
After arriving at this beautiful villa, we (two adults with two young children) were warmly welcomed by Elisabetta and Michele. The two are great hosts and enriched our vacation with their good recommendations and great helpfulness. The villa is a small gem in a lovely rose garden, well-equipped and located in a quiet residential area. In 10 minutes, you can reach the beautiful old town of Lazise. We thank Elisabetta and Michele for their wonderful hospitality and will definitely come back.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
We have been coming to Lake Garda for 35 years but have never stayed in Lazise before.
