Location and surroundings of object
Idyllically situated in the fertile hills of the Valtenesis is the pretty San Felice del Benaco, which offers its visitors a

about 2 kilometers above Lake Garda.
From here you can reach the beautiful bays around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese and the headland of San Fermo via narrow roads. To

Puegnago del Garda
The small village in the middle of the picturesque moraine hills of the Valtenesis is said to have given its somewhat difficult name to the Roman "Popinius"
...to the people who made this happen. In the course of the Romanisation, "Popinius" became "Popiniacus" and this in turn became Puegnago over time.

The rental agreement is binding as soon as you have received the rental agreement signed by both parties and the deposit (10% of the total amount) has been received by us in parallel. The remaining amount of the rent is to be transferred 6 weeks before the beginning of the journey. The keys will be sent by registered mail at least 14 days before departure after receipt of the final payment. With the signature of the rental contract the tenant commits himself, to accept the above conditions. The information sheet and the house rules in the appendix are part of the rental contract. A dream vacation that ended way too quickly!!!
Our holiday in the holiday apartment was a dream, and the location of this apartment is unparalleled at Lake Garda. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday and is very nicely furnished. The view from the terrace to the lake at any time of day is indescribable. The property is very clean and lovingly maintained, and is also a visual highlight for garden enthusiasts. We arrived with a motorboat and the buoy space and trailer parking on the premises are great. Overall, simply fantastic, yes, and highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Dream vacation
When you enter the facility, you enter a different world. Into paradise. Top maintained with beautiful flowers, olive trees and palm trees. An oasis. The vacation apartment is great. We've never had so much space in a vacation apartment before. It is very clean and has everything you need. Dishwasher, air conditioning and even a washing machine. But the best thing is the generous closets.
The view from the terrace is a dream and with the peace and quiet, you can relax from the first moment on.
The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The nice landlord can also be reached at any time if there are any questions.
We felt so comfortable that we definitely want to spend our vacation there again next year.

Very nice flat in a fantastic location
We were able to spend 16 days in this beautiful flat in September. The location is gorgeous, you can't find it better on Lake Garda!We enjoyed every day in the quiet location. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace with the wonderful view of the lake was a good start to the day!
The flat is well furnished with everything you need and everything was very clean! The contact with the landlord was very good at all times!
We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic resort with super service!
The holiday flat is located in a paradisiacal complex, directly on Lake Garda. For us, having our own buoy and jetty was an important criterion.
We felt very well looked after by the landlords both in the run-up to the holiday and during the holiday itself. We also got on very well with the neighbours (owners). The flat itself is suitable for families with small children and is more than fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air conditioning and plenty of crockery etc.). The neighbourhood to the campsite is practical, as you can quickly buy a little something here. For us, clearly a "thumbs up!"

unforgettable holiday
We stayed at the resort for 2 weeks with boat and jet skis. It is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. You can never get enough of the view from the flat. The flat was in top condition. Very clean, everything immaculate. Everything you need to live here. Super great hospitality. The landlords were always available to answer any questions or clarifications. Sufficient space to park, play and feel good. Pure relaxation, you can enjoy the peace and quiet very well. Very good restaurants in the area. We can recommend this great complex to others, because there is no other like it on Lake Garda. We definitely want to come back.

The insider tip
This was our first time on Lake Garda with the boat and the accommodation is highly recommended. It has its own slipway, great trailer space, buoy and a nice jetty to pick up passengers. The flat has everything you need, top equipped kitchen, nice quiet bedroom and a large bathroom. A new air conditioning system ensures a pleasant temperature. Our children preferred the big sofa bed, which was very comfortable. The view from the terrace, where we sat every day, is beautiful. The landlord Mr Gibbat, who was on site himself, was always there to help and advise us, thank you again. We plan to come back next year, if we can find a free date

Very nice holiday flat with feel-good character
Mr Gibbat's holiday flat met our expectations in every way :-)
The grounds are well maintained and Mediterranean in style. During breakfast in the morning, you have an excellent view of the lake. The flat has everything you need for a holiday on Lake Garda.
Coincidentally, the landlord was also present in his flat during our stay and gave us good tips for restaurants and shopping in the area
All in all, the holiday was great and we will definitely come back :-)

Dream holiday apartment in prime location!
An absolute unique property, especially due to its direct location by the lake and the indescribable view. We were totally impressed by the beautifully maintained garden with a great view of the lake, which directly adjoins the property. Whether on the sun lounger in the garden or on the private jetty by the lake: relaxation is guaranteed here! Communication beforehand was smooth, everything worked perfectly and went smoothly. Very nice contact. The apartment is well-equipped, everything you need for cooking is there - and a brilliant terrace.
Everything you need is also around: shopping, restaurants, the town - all there!
We will definitely come back - the value for money is unbeatable and the complex/apartment is uniquely beautiful!

So herrlich entspannend
A dream vacation! The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and easy to keep clean, with all the necessary utensils provided. Everything is well-maintained. A private jetty to the clean Lake Garda is just a few meters away, perfect for a refreshing swim. A place to linger, simply enjoying the colors and the air. We enjoyed cooking ourselves very much; it was fun to find everything we needed. Everything is functional! If you don't feel like cooking, you can just relax by the lake. The local restaurants are small and fine. We were lucky that the landlord was on site, his support in finding our way around was discreet but very attentive and warm. With humor, we all had a very relaxed atmosphere! We would love to come back!

Perfekter Urlaub
We were in this holiday apartment for the 5th time and always enjoy coming back. The location is fantastic, quiet, right by the lake, with a very spacious, well-kept, fenced property. There are plenty of recreational activities for children and adults. The property includes a private jetty from which you can swim or take trips with your own boat. With prior arrangement, children can use the play facilities of the neighboring campsite. The amenities of the very clean apartment leave nothing to be desired. Everything is abundantly available, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, grill, microwave, and other small kitchen helpers as well as a washing machine. A terrace with a wonderful view of the lake completes everything perfectly. We love this little paradise.
