It is a 2 roomed apartment with an open kitchen in the living-dining area, a cozy dining area, 32-inch LCD flat screen TV with all major, international channels and a wide sofa bed with comfortable mx m lying area. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer and 4-fold ceramic hob, and all utensils. The living room has air conditioning that cools both heats. The bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses with a total width of m, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan. A large lawn of the can from be reached via the lake access directly to the private jetty, shallow pebble beach, are available. About the extensive beach promenade you get to walk comfortably to some nice restaurants and cafes. The house, electric boat slip can be used for a small fee for your boat and buoys are rented. If you arrive by your own boat, a park, in addition to the apartment to be rented. A boat and bicycle rental are nearby. The supermarket can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

2015 newly renovated and directly on the beach in Manerba del Garda in Pieve Vecchia (Pieve di Manerba) is our quiet apartment. The balconies with beautiful lake views over the bay of Manerba del Garda on the castle island Isola del Garda, invites you to linger. Manerba del Garda with its neighborhood Pieve Vecchia is a small, romantic place directly on the beach of Gardasee's. An extensive beach promenade for long walks is available. Many shopping facilities are within walking ür the "small" guests is a great miniature golf course in about 3 minutes walking. Many nice little places like Salo', Desenzano, Gardone, Sirmione, and much more. are within a few minutes to Tip: San Vigilio is always worth a visit, and as we always say: the best "spot" on Lake Garda. Wonderful
The quietly situated flat with a wonderful view of Lake Garda is relaxing and a real treat to let go of everyday life.
On the lawn in front of the house there is a beautiful tree and the possibility to look for a deck chair, also with a view to the water and protected by a hedge to the footpath.
The flat is very lovingly furnished, modern and practical, with everything you need on holiday. Even the presence of a teapot!
I am already looking forward to coming back to this little holiday paradise.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the lake. Very well equipped and very clean. A special highlight is the freshly renovated bathroom! Perfect for the small family (enclosed well-kept facility) or anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days. The surrounding restaurants offer something for every budget. And those who prefer to cook 'at home' will find plenty of shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. We were here for the first time, but definitely not the last time!

As long-standing tenants, we can only rave about this apartment time and time again. Very nice contact with the landlord family. Whenever we had small suggestions for improvements (e.g. a toaster), they were immediately implemented. For the next holiday, it was then purchased.
Dream view, nice people in the complex (only Germans). In the meantime, we have also tried out more restaurants that are within walking distance. I say, go to Da Rino in the Porto Toccio harbor. Walk directly by the water about 15 minutes. Fantastic sunset with great food. What more could you ask for...

We spent relaxing days at Lake Garda. Great atmosphere with a superb view over the bay of Manerba. Everything is available in the apartment. It's no problem to walk to get bread rolls. The landlord was very helpful. He arranged the key handover with the caretaker when we arrived late at night due to traffic. We will be back!!!!
