The Casa Ancora consists of two apartments, each with about 85 square meters of living space. Both apartments are completely newly furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, SmartTVs and air conditioning. The apartment No. 1 is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living / dining room and a terrace overlooking the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The new holiday home Casa Ancora was opened in June 2018 and is located on a 1000 sqm private property in a quiet and easily accessible location of Bardolino in Villagio S. Cristina in the district of Cisano.
The lake with numerous bathing possibilities, restaurants and shops is about 500 meters, the center of Bardolino can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. On a park-like area about 40 meters from the house is the pool area, which is available exclusively to residents of Villaggio.
Bardolino lies with its just over 7000 inhabitants on the east side of Lake Garda at the foot of the moraine hills with vineyards and olive trees. Bardolino borders Garda in the north and Lazise in the south.
The amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland are only a few kilometers away. Verona is about 20 minutes away by car, Venice and Milan are about 150 km away.

We received a very friendly welcome from Isabella. The flat is very nice, very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. On the beautiful property you can enjoy the peace and quiet - whether in the shade or in the sun. The lake with its good restaurants and beautiful promenade is only a few minutes away
