Great flat situated directly on the lake

We were there with two people and a dog and would recommend the flat without reservation.

The contacting, handling and everything else that had to do with personal contact with the host was very friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. Simply nice!

There is nothing to complain about the location of the flat. The way to the lake is very close and via a corridor and a small staircase you are at the lake within 1min. Since the house with the flat is located in a dead end street, there is practically no traffic. The residential area can only be reached through an electronically opened gate and the way to the lake is also "secured" by a door.
During the day, however, it is noisier. Gardaland is in the immediate vicinity at the back of the property. It didn't bother us. We were usually out and about during the day anyway.

The flat itself is functional and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. With two people and a medium-sized dog, the size and layout were more than sufficient for us.

We will be very happy to come back!

Urlaub mit Hund

We spent a wonderful week with our dog Wotan at Lake Garda. The apartment is functional, the location at Lake Garda is unique. We walked several times a day with our dog on the beautiful promenade by the lake. The sunrises and sunsets were sensational. Our dear Guido took great care of us again; you can come to him with any concern, and he tries to make the impossible possible. Thank you very much, dear Guido. Great vacation at Lake Garda

We stayed in the holiday apartment with two adults and our Labrador. The location of the apartment is unique. The small beach area with grass, next to the jetty, was ideal for us. Our dog could lie there at any time and also go into the water easily. You can hear some noise from Gardaland, but it's not too much. The support from Guido was great.

Absolutely recommended!!!

We had a fantastic holiday at Lake Garda. The vacation rental was very well equipped and very cozy and clean. Lake Garda is just a few steps away and thanks to the private jetty, you can comfortably stay by the water. Our dog also felt very comfortable and enjoyed swimming in the lake. Guido is very friendly, provides comprehensive information, and is always available to answer questions. We would always go on holiday there again.

Short break with dog

It was a beautiful and relaxing holiday, the apartment had everything we needed. Access to the lake with a private pier is only 50 meters away. The well-maintained promenade is car-free, making it ideal for dog owners. The location is a good starting point to reach Peschiera, Lazise, and Bardolino in a short time. Guido, our landlord, is very helpful and you can get discounts at certain restaurants through him. We will book with him again. Gardaland and Movieland are nearby.

A dream vacation over and over again...

For the second time, we have spent an incredibly wonderful and relaxing vacation here with our German Shepherds. Just like last year, our annual vacation started with a warm welcome from Guido and beautiful weather. As expected, the holiday apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We immediately felt as if we had never left home. And once again, we have realized: Here culture, history, beach holidays, beautiful landscapes, culinary delights, and friendly people come together. Highly recommended

We were now for the second time in this vacation rental and were again absolutely thrilled by Guido's warmth and helpfulness. The apartment is well-equipped and for questions and problems, Guido is quick and uncomplicated with help and advice. The natural beach in close proximity was ideal for our dog (Labrador) to go into the water; the associated jetty is suitable for sunbathing and swimming. The town of Pacengo can be reached in a 20-minute walk along the beautiful lakeside promenade, with the nearest bar and pizzeria only 10 minutes away. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing holiday again and will definitely not be there for the last time.

Beautiful apartment - great location!

We stayed at this accommodation for 1 week in April. The apartment is well-equipped and matches the photos. Everything was clean, and the location is great: the lake is just a few steps away.

Communication with Guido was very pleasant and reliable. He welcomed and bid us farewell very kindly. We had a very nice, sunny week here and are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We had a wonderful week with beautiful weather in a very nice, clean facility. Above all, very quiet, you can even hear the lake rustling. Along the lake, you can take very nice walks, and even the dog has a lot to sniff. Unfortunately, our Blacky got sick, and we needed a vet. Guido quickly helped us and arranged an appointment with the vet. He is a dear, friendly, and attentive landlord. If we come back to Lake Garda, we will only come to Guido!

Pure Italy - Pure Lake Garda - Perfect vacation!

For our first holiday at Lake Garda, we chose a vacation rental with Guido, and our expectations were exceeded! We arrived with two German Shepherds and were warmly welcomed by Guido, who accompanied us to our apartment and provided us with all the important information and recommendations. The apartment is fully equipped and has a well-maintained garden that is completely fenced in. We not only enjoyed the nearby beach but also had access to an exclusive pool area 2 km away. Our dogs were also welcome there. The restaurants recommended by Guido were excellent. The surrounding area also offered opportunities for guests interested in culture and history. Highly recommended are the Catullus Caves in Sirmione, Verona, the harbor of Lazise, and the beautiful village of Borghetto south of Peschiera. We would love to come back!

Highly recommended!

After our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Guido and escorted to our holiday apartment. Guido provided us with all the important details for our stay and gave us free passes for the swimming pool area in Pacengo, as well as a 20% discount card for the pizzerias "Le Rissete" and "Fantasia". Both are very delicious and highly recommended. The holiday apartment is very well-equipped, with nothing missing. The nearby boat dock (2 minutes walk) is great. Here you can lie undisturbed and go into the water. Since we were traveling with a Labrador who loves to swim, we also often used the quiet, natural beach section. You can reach a pizzeria and several bars on the beach promenade in about 15 minutes on foot. The pizzeria "Le Rissete" can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. We have had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back! Great thanks go to Guido, who was always available, immediately responsive, and ready to help with advice and action.

Vacation rental directly on Lake Garda

After 40 years, we wanted to see Lake Garda again and rediscover it. For this, we looked for a holiday apartment right by the lake where we could bring our dachshund, walk on the beach promenade, and go on nice discovery trips. The holiday apartment P21 meets these requirements 100%. The equipment of the holiday apartment corresponds exactly to the description. We were welcomed very kindly by Guido at the agreed meeting point and escorted to the apartment in a closed residential complex, where Guido briefly explained everything to us. We felt very comfortable here and lacked nothing, especially since the weather cooperated. Guido is a very good host, and we thank him for his warm support. If Lake Garda is our holiday destination again, we will definitely choose one of his properties.

The vacation rental corresponds exactly to the description. Direct view of Lake Garda from the balcony. We were kindly welcomed by Guido and taken to the apartment, which met our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Nothing was missing. The direct access to the lake was unfortunately somewhat restricted due to construction work (the path around the lake was being improved), but in the evenings and on weekends, access could still be used. Guido is always approachable and a very friendly person, we felt very well taken care of and would always rent one of his properties again if Lake Garda is our destination again.

Hitting the jackpot

In search of a vacation rental close to the lake where we could bring our dogs, we came across this one. A true stroke of luck! On the day of arrival, we were unfortunately quite delayed, and found a wonderfully cheerful Guido! He took us to the apartment, where he showed us everything and explained. I have never experienced an accommodation where there were a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, and even dishwasher tabs available! In addition, Guido left us a bottle of wine in the fridge! After a few meters, you reach a private access to Lake Garda, from where you can walk to Peschiera or Lazise. The dogs and we enjoyed it daily. We often stopped at the pizzeria right on the promenade after the boat harbor towards Lazise. Even at Pizzeria Le Risette in Pacengo, they welcomed us with the dogs, and we felt very comfortable. The weather was just right for us dog people; sun lovers probably wouldn't have been satisfied. Almost daily, Guido messaged on WhatsApp asking if the apartment was warm enough and apologized for the climate.

Completely satisfied

The location is unique, and if you don't value high luxury, the apartment is absolutely recommendable. We really enjoyed the long walks by the lake with our dog. It's also nice that some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, so you don't have to rely on the car all the time.

Restful week at Lake Garda despite cold spell.

In nice weather, it is certainly easier to give a review. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the weather and could not use the terrace. Despite the cold, we managed well in the apartment. There was a heater in every room. It is worth noting that Guido offered us to move to a newer apartment the day after our arrival (free of charge) that is better insulated against the cold. My husband and I declined as we did not want to unpack and pack everything again, and working radiators were present. Furthermore, we booked the apartment because of its immediate proximity to the lake. The apartment is as shown and described - everything fits. It is located in a residential complex enclosed by a gate. If you like to walk, you can directly access Lake Garda through a small gate (locked). Due to its proximity to Gardaland, Movieland, etc. The apartment is well suited for families with children and dogs due to its proximity to the beach. It is conditionally suitable for older couples. Those who enjoy strolling can find a good environment at the promenade of Lazise or Peschiera del Garda.
Guido is a very reliable contact person. We needed him once at short notice and he was there quickly.
Before the trip, I mentioned that we would be celebrating my husband's birthday during this time. There was promptly a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge. Very, very attentive! Thank you for your kindness.

All in all, there is nothing to criticize.

We arrived relatively late (around 10 pm), but that was no problem at all for Guido. He greeted us very friendly at a pizzeria and then drove with us to the accommodation, which is not directly accessible before check-in. (Holiday home complex is closed by a gate)

In the holiday apartment (almost at the end of the "settlement"), Guido explained and showed us everything and offered that we can contact him at any time if there is anything. In the house, we were completely alone from the 2nd day (off-season), which was very pleasantly quiet, allowing the dogs to run around in the garden. At 7 in the morning, there was absolutely nothing going on at Lake Garda, so I could leisurely stroll along with my 2 dogs. The lake is just a minute away, and you can enjoy the sunset in all its facets in the evenings. A dream for romantics :) By the way, the bed is a dream. Huge and comfortable! We unfortunately did not visit the two restaurants where Guido provides a 20% discount, but we have planned to do so on our next visit. The only downside was the Halloween party at Gardaland, which lasted until midnight and ended with a fireworks display. The party itself didn't bother us much with the loud music, but the fireworks are counterproductive for dogs that are afraid since they are very close by. Fortunately, my dogs are relaxed. Guido, of course, cannot be blamed for this, but it may be advisable for owners of anxious dogs to check in advance if a special event is planned at Gardaland. I am sure that Guido will be available to help with advice and assistance in this regard. Otherwise, there is nothing particularly disturbing to report about Gardaland.

On the day of departure, Guido was punctual (Italians are said to be different ;) ) to check out the apartment and say goodbye to us.

We were able to spend 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped, nothing was missing! The way to the lake was not far either. You could buy breakfast rolls at the nearby campsite. We were especially happy to see our landlord Guido again, whom we already knew from last year. We could turn to him with any problems concerning the apartment, and a solution was quickly found. We really appreciated that, thanks to Guido, we could use the nearby beautiful pool area CA del Sol. Especially that we could bring our dog with us to the facility. In Pacengo and in Cola, we could eat very well and affordably at the pizzerias "Le Risette" and "Fantasia." And the name "Guido" opens many doors and hearts. We would like to thank Guido once again. And we will come back.

We and our dog felt very comfortable. The accommodation is located in close proximity to the lake (approximately one minute walk); the accommodation and about 20 other holiday homes are located in a closed area (access only with remote control); absolutely quiet; no through traffic; property completely fenced - great for dog owners as they can leave the dog unsupervised; holiday apartment functional, clean, cozy. By car, the towns of Lazise, Bardolino, Peschiera can be reached within a few minutes, as well as several supermarkets and restaurants. Right by the lake runs a kilometer-long footpath, perfect for walks with or without a dog - always overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the holiday and have already booked for September! It was just great!

This apartment and area are simply a dream! We have never met such a nice, helpful landlord before! When we had problems in Italy due to a small traffic accident, Guido immediately helped us!

The whole complex is very dog-friendly! We recommend everyone with a dog to visit the dog beach in Peschiera. The dog beach called "Bau Beach" is about a 15-minute drive away. 2 sunbeds plus one for the dog cost 15 euros per day. There is water for the dog, a shower, etc... we have already spent 3 great days there. Everything worked in the apartment and nothing was missing! We can only recommend this apartment! The Wi-Fi worked great and you could even take it with you, great thing! Gardaland is only a few hundred meters away with Sea Life. Movie World is also very close. We will definitely vacation there again in 2017!

Klasse

The apartment is in good condition and even includes a dishwasher and washing machine. A large balcony is part of it. Short distance to the Garda Lake promenade with its own private enclosed bathing jetty. The apartment is located in a closed-off area. Not much noise was heard from Gardaland. Our dog quickly felt at home. We liked it and would rent there again on our next trip to Italy.

Great vacation with a dog

The vacation apartment is located in the second row at Lake Garda. There starts a beautiful, idyllic walking path along the lake (ideal for biking, dog walking, or jogging). The location is unique! The apartment is also fairly well equipped (with air conditioning/heating) and is situated in a large, enclosed communal garden (ideal for vacations with a dog). Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to Gardaland (distance approximately 10-15 minutes on foot). However, a car is recommended for shopping. Therefore, we really appreciated the bread roll service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Guido. When we had to visit a garage due to an engine malfunction, he accompanied us spontaneously and was helpful in every way.
