My husband and I recently spent 6 wks. living in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and updated. We have stayed in other coral villa homes and would recommend any one of them for your vacation. This is close to town and restaurants. All the updated supplies you would need for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and over looking a large canal. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home.

Cape Coral Villa Carpe Diem

This is a beautiful home with many amenities and lots of space. The whole house was spotless. The location was good for day trips and exploring. The outdoor area was our favorite - hot tub and pool - grill - lounge chairs - outdoor seating - kayaks - and tiki hut.

Great villa, equipped with everything you need. Publix Market and restaurants are just a short drive away. Customer service from inquiry to booking and beyond is truly exemplary, first-class! Due to the outstanding location, renting a boat is a must. The furnishings and amenities in the villa leave nothing to be desired. If one really had to mention a point of criticism, it would be the comfort of the beds; here, instead of the very common US-typical box spring construction, "normal" slatted frames and mattresses are installed, which may be perceived as somewhat hard. Overall, though, a full 5 stars and thumbs up, also for a very quiet neighborhood, so nothing stands in the way of a truly mega holiday, simply for enjoying and feeling good!!!

New Years Eve

We spent New Year's with 8 adults in this great house and felt very comfortable. From the handling by Mrs. Schommer to the on-site management, everything went well and very quickly. The house is located in a very good area - close to the bridge and the main canal. The house itself leaves nothing to be desired, and the infinity pool with a view of the canal is the highlight. We enjoyed the morning sun and sunsets very much. All 4 rooms have the same standard. The canoe trips were also great. Often we sat by the pool in the evenings and used the grill. We had a nice New Year's transition in the great house in 2020!

Villa Carpe Diem May 2019

We were in this house in May 2019 with 6 people. Rarely have we found a house so fully equipped, no wish remained unfulfilled. The space inside and outside is so spacious and stylishly furnished that everyone could find their own place and enjoy two relaxing, satisfied weeks. The location of the house is optimal, especially if a boat is available. Shopping opportunities nearby are excellent, as well as the dining options. Highly recommended support in preparation for the trip by Mrs. Schommer and her team is excellent, for this a very warm thank you.

Nice home and location.

Home was clean and comfortable. The pool was spacious with ample seating. The location was excellent on a wide canal with boat traffic, and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only minor complaint is that the beds were on platform frames without box springs, making them low to the ground. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, so we had to buy new ones for our stay. These were just minor issues. We have been renting homes in Cape Coral for the past 10 years, and this is one of the more comfortable homes we have rented. Check-in and check-out were quick and friendly. I hope to be back again sometime.

Wonderful vacation in a great home!

We had a great time in this lovely home. They had everything that We could possibly need there including pool toys and two kayaks! Canal was nice and wide and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out. Patricia was on top of everything. She was quick to help with any minor problem or question. A delight to work with. Plenty of towels and linens. And kitchen was equipped with great pots and pans, utensils and tableware. Do not hesitate to make your reservation. We look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic Beautiful Home

We stayed here for the first time, it was beautiful with a fantastic view and close to everything. We also rented the boat and went to Sanibel Island that was fantastic. Could not have has a better vacation. Patricia and Heiko are also fantastic people and so nice, they go above and beyond. This was our second stay with them and we will certainly be back:)

Amazing Home and Location. Great experience!!

What a great experience in Cape Coral! We had never been to the area so this was all new for us. We loved Villa Carpe Diem! It is modern and super clean. They thought of every detail when preparing the house for renters. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at the house but tons of great restaurants are close by. Our favorites were Rum Runners, The Boathouse, and the Bimini Bait Shack. The pool is amazing and the view is great. The house is located on a wide channel, which is pleasant. We also rented the Hurricane boat and had a wonderful time exploring the area by water. We are amateur boaters, and it was very easy to navigate the area and operate the boat. We ventured to Pine Island, Sanibel, and Captiva by boat. Nico was very helpful with the boat instructions, and the owner Monja was responsive and helpful when arranging the rental. We highly recommend Villa Carpe Diem! Can't wait to come back here again!

This house was beautiful.

This house was great. 3 king bedroom and 1 queen, all with on suites. Great location on the canal. We also took advantage of renting the boat. Went to sanibel island and Fort Myers beach by boat. The house is located very close to the golf. Definitely recommend it.

Exceeding other villas, perfection

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful villa, we had a wonderful stay.
Heiko, part of the management company came over to say hi and to make sure everything was okay. He is super efficient.
Villa Carpe Diem exceeded all expectations.
We had a wonderful time . The House is stunning, well equipped, in a fabulous setting.
We enjoyed the infinety pool, hot tub , boating, fishing and wildlife.
What more could anybody ask for. Ultimate luxury.

First time Cape Coral

I have been visiting Florida since 1987, I have lost count of how many times I have visited in all of those years but it was our first time in Cape Coral. Villa Carpe Diem is one if the nicest if not the best we have stayed in. Its refreshing not to stay in one of those 'chintzy; Florida houses. Everything was just great and the boat was an added bonus. Patricia & Heiko were most helpful.”

Unforgettable vacation in a dream villa

I spent a week on vacation in a villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Very tasteful and well-maintained, very clean, each room individually furnished and with its own bathroom. The on-site management/assistance was perfect, as if you were visiting friends. My highlight was the large pool where you can not only splash around but actually swim.

Relaxing days in top accommodation

The house is located idyllically by the canal and on the sunny side. It is in a quiet location, yet supermarkets, etc. were quickly accessible. If we didn't want to sunbathe at home anymore, we could also enjoy the sun differently. With the boat, we could explore the numerous deserted beaches in the surrounding area. The house is lovingly furnished and left us wanting for nothing. Particularly pleasant is that each bedroom has its own bathroom, making it especially comfortable for groups. We enjoyed our time and will come back anytime to relax in Florida's sun!

VACATION IN CARPE DIEM

For 9 days, I had the pleasure of staying with my friends at Villa Carpe Diem. I had a very relaxing and pleasant stay in a villa that I would recommend at any time. I really liked the interior design of the house, and the amenities were excellent. The location of the villa is great, right by the canal, perfect for boat trips. I especially enjoyed the outdoor area with a large pool. The villa is in top condition and I would stay there again for my vacation at any time.

My wife and I really liked the house! Some highlights: it was very clean, the house was very large and beautifully furnished, the service was very commendable, and the location is top-notch with perfect access to the open sea. Hot tip from me: Definitely get a boat for your stay to discover the beautiful beaches!

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche dort und das Haus war einfach genial! Tolle Lage, sehr gelungenes Ambiente und eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Was uns aber am allermeisten beeindruckt hat, war der Gesamtzustand des Hauses, super gepflegt und TOP SAUBER! Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen in den USA gemietet (10 +), aber Ihr Haus wird wohl immer die Nummer 1 sein.

Von der Einrichtung über die Wahl der Farben bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, einfach perfekt! Und ich denke, Sie wissen, was Sie an Ihrer Hausverwaltung haben… Besser geht es nicht!

Dream villa with upscale amenities

This villa is beautiful and very spacious. We were only four people there and felt very comfortable. The house is also suitable for 2 families, as each family would have their own area. Everything is available to have a perfect vacation. The location of the villa is remarkable! Wide canal, quick access to the river, and still in a quiet location. We had a wonderful vacation in Cape Coral and can only recommend the house and the on-site care by Heiko and Patricia. We hope we can come back very soon! ! !
