The villa inspires with a clear and well thought-out design. A balance between stylish and cosy characterises this exclusive domicile. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and provide a view of the pool deck and waterways. The floor in a noble wood look lends the living area an elegant and warm aura. The spacious kitchen will delight gourmets with its high-quality equipment. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso machine leave nothing to be desired. What is conjured up here can be enjoyed in the chic dining area with a dream view of the pool and canal.
In the living area, an elegant leather sofa and a 75-inch TV invite you to spend cosy evenings watching television. There are no limits to the entertainment: Thanks to the integrated Apple TV, you can even receive German TV programmes. The Sonos speaker system (WLAN speaker) provides acoustic pleasure. This allows you to listen to your favourite radio station at home or your personal playlist throughout the house via your own mobile device.
The luxurious feel-good temporary home accommodates up to six guests. There are three bedrooms with king-size beds and two newly designed bathrooms. The spacious Master Bedroom not only offers its residents direct pool access, but also a stylish bathroom. Here, a free-standing designer bathtub and a large walk-in shower exude an exclusive spa feeling.

The sun-drenched pool area with lounge corner, sun loungers and dining area is made for relaxing downtime. The radiant centrepiece of the outdoor area, which is protected by a screen, is the spacious pool with Jacuzzi. Thanks to effective salt electrolysis, you can swim and splash around in chlorine-free water. This contains only about one tenth of the salt content of seawater and is a blessing for the skin. The sunken pool is framed by an attractive pool deck in light natural stone. In the evening, sophisticated pool and outdoor lighting create delightful effects. On cooler days - or nights - the Jacuzzi with its panoramic view of the canal is the perfect place for relaxing wellbeing. The pool deck or the romantic waterfront terrace are the ideal setting for a sundowner. With a bit of luck, dolphins or manatees will pass by in the adjacent canal at this very moment. There is no more atmospheric way to end a holiday.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Beautiful

Beautiful home located on a canal intersection. Very modern, all the amenities and nearby to points of interest as well as shopping, etc. My family enjoyed our stay.
