The house was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with new furniture and a new kitchen.
With the boat you are only minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River where you can experience the island world with its tropical vegetation, wildlife and fantastic beaches. You are bound to be speechless the first time you have dolphins joining you on your adventure just as we were. The large screen protected pool area invites you to go sunbathing or to take a relaxing swim in the solar-heated pool. From the boat dock, which is equipped with a 10,000 lb. boat lift, you can fish or simply enjoy the beautiful view of the wide saltwater canal.
You can satisfy your culinary desires by choosing one of the many restaurants, which you can reach by car or boat, or you can choose to have an evening barbeque by your pool which we have equipped with a grill.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in one of the exclusive residential areas in the southeast of Cape Coral known as the Yacht Club area. Since we are enthusiastic boaters it was an essential prerequisite for us in order to enjoy our own vacations as well. Boating trips to Sanibel, Captiva or other beautiful destinations are no problem this way. Short trips by car to Marina beach, Cape Harbour or Tarpon Point are an additional plus of our house in Skylark court.
Poolhome with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms our house offers enough room for 6 people with an area of 180 m² (1,938 sq. ft.). An additional bed for children is provided and can be set up if necessary.
In the very large, partially covered pool area with an area of 134 m² (1,442 sq. ft) an x m big, solar heated pool awaits you. From the double garage equipped with an automatic garage door, you can access a hallway direct to the living area.
You will find that our friendly and bright house fulfills all of your expectations.
In the rear area we have a boat dock for you with a deck area and a boat lift.

| **** Boat **** Rates: • off-season Jun bis Nov - 800 USD/week • main-season Dec bis Mai - 900 USD/week Since we have a mixed calculation between house and boat, we ask for your understanding that we offer the house in the main-season only with our boat. In the off-season you can rent the boat optional. On the boat prorated rental rate account for 6% tax. Additional notes: • for the final cleaning of the boat we charge a fee of 50,00 USD • the required boat instruction calculates our boot manager with 150,00 USD • a fully comprehensive insurance with excess and towing service for the boat are included in the rent. • for the rental of the boat is a security deposit of 500 USD to be paid. **** House: • additional we charge 30 USD for Check-In/Out and 11% tax on the rental rate. • the prices are valid for the occupancy of the whole house by two people. We charge 70 USD/week for every additional person. • Children and teenagers under the age of 16 stay for free. • for the consideration of other guests, smoking in the house is not permitted. Animals are not allowed • included in the rental rate is the use of the furnishings and equipment in the house for the length of your stay, as well as wireless DSL Internet, electricity up to 34,00 USD (for more consumption we charge 0,13 USD per kWh) water and local telephone calls made from the landline. The herein mentioned and all additional agreements, such as cancellation fees, deposit accounts and payments can be found in the rental agreement which we will provide to you after your booking request. If you would like to visit some of the beautiful beaches, then a boat is the right choice. We will be more than happy to provide you with our boat. The 22" boat (Sea Fox 216 CC) has a 175 HP Suzuki 4-stroke autboard engine.
Our boat is equipped with all necessary safety accessories including life vests and maps.
In Florida, you do not need a license, but you will receive an extensive theoretical and practical boat briefing from our authorized boat manager in which you will, in particular, be trained in the characteristics of the local waters. Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC. BoatUS offer a free online course.

We'll be back!
With our small family, we had a wonderful time in this great house. Especially in combination with the boat, it was simply fantastic. We had rented a house in Cape Coral before, but it was very far from the river. We didn't enjoy that at all, as we couldn't really use the boat we had rented. This time we were smarter! The location of Villa Bluewater by the river is great. House and boat were in perfect and clean condition. The pictures on the website did not promise too much. We definitely won't be the last time at Villa Bluewater.

Great vacation in a beautiful house!
In combination with the boat, simply unbeatable. The photos on the internet do not promise too much. The house is lovingly furnished and much is obviously newly renovated. It is evident that the owners place a lot of value on maintenance and cleanliness. We felt very comfortable from the first day and would have liked to stay longer. The professional booking process was convincing, and the almost warm care, when we had questions on-site or in advance, was excellent. The location by the river is great and incomparable to our last vacation, where we spent over an hour on the canals. Our conclusion: never again a house from an agency, but rather from a private owner. If the owners use the house for their own vacation like at Villa Bluewater, that is a quality feature for us.
