The 3-room holiday flat facing the greenery on the first floor of the Sünnslag complex has a furnished balcony with a fantastic view over fields and meadows
The living area has a coffee table and a comfortable couch with 2 armchairs and a TV armchair with footstool. The furnishings include a flat-screen TV and a music system. A high chair is available for the little ones.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. A children's travel bed can be added.
In the second bedroom, with a view of the greenery, there are 2 single beds and also a wardrobe.
The dining area is equipped with a round table and 4 chairs.
The open-plan fitted kitchen contains a cooker with integrated oven, a washing machine and a refrigerator.
In the bathroom you will find a glass shower as well as a toilet and washbasin.
3 bicycles are available free of charge during your stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is within walking distance of the newly built beach (300 metres). Shopping facilities and a bakery are 200 metres away. The pier and pedestrian zone are about 500 metres away.
Boltenhagen is a traditional former fishing village, which was awarded the title of state-recognised seaside health resort in 1998. The 5-kilometre-long sandy beach with crystal-clear water and an impressive cliff make the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen a great holiday destination on the Baltic coast. On the beach, holidaymakers will find a nudist area and two separate dog beaches.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee
Hatten 4 schöne Tage in der FeWo. Für 2 Pers. genug Komfort. Die Möbel sind
zwar schon etwas älter , aber ok. Lage Einkaufstechnisch prima. Blick vom
Balkon : sehr schön. Fahrräder sind auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen , haben
uns aber nach Wismar und zurück getragen.
