Description
The holiday home is divided into two flat houses with 10 flats each. The swimming pool and sauna are located in a low building between the two houses.
The beach with the gently sloping Baltic Sea is only 800 m away. Free parking spaces are available on the grounds in front of the houses. The adjacent meadow invites you to linger, play, sunbathe and barbecue.
The flat is located on the ground floor of the flat house. The centre is a large living area (SAT-TV, WLAN). From the living area you have direct access to the terrace with the adjacent green area/meadow and children's playground. The kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo and filter coffee machine, toaster, etc.) is integrated into the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the children's/guest room with two single beds. Baby travel cot.

The Klützer Winkel area is characterised by an unspoilt and varied landscape with wonderful avenues. Cycling and hiking trails lead along the Baltic Sea coast directly to Travemünde or Boltenhagen. The Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar as well as the state capital Schwerin can be reached quickly via the A 20 motorway.

Wird die Buchung im Zeitraum von 14 Tage bis zum Anreisetag storniert, ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den gesamten Mietbetrag zu entrichten. Sollte die Reise aufgrund von Pandemie bedingten Reiseverboten nicht stattfinden können, kann diese kostenfrei storniert werden.

End-of-year celebrations in a homely idyll
We can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation apartment, as soon as you enter the apartment, you feel right at home. Lovingly and minimally furnished, it includes everything you need. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and from there you have a wonderful view of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. Barendorf is a bit removed from the tourist hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach everything in no time. Whether sightseeing, museum visits, shopping, or exhibitions of a special kind (Outpost One), everything can be comfortably reached from here, and you can relax in the apartment or on the associated terrace after an eventful day. If you want a bit more activity, you can swim a few laps in the associated indoor pool and then take a few sauna sessions. From our point of view, we can recommend it without reservation!

November vacation
We spent a short week in November in the holiday apartment. It was cold outside, but cozy and warm inside. The landlords had already waited and turned on the heating beforehand. It was a very friendly welcome in a very beautiful, sparkling clean apartment. There was also nothing missing. In the pool, you could swim in peace, and overall, you couldn't notice any neighbors, maybe also because of the season. All in all, if you're not just looking for the Baltic Sea for swimming, you can also relax and unwind here very well in November.

Great vacation!
Even though we had little luck with the weather during this 2-week vacation, we were able to have a good time in the fantastically furnished holiday apartment. It is a very well-kept and lovingly furnished accommodation where nothing is missing.
The surrounding area is very quiet, but there are many opportunities to take small trips.
The accommodation offers a great selection of board games, CDs and books.
The pool is a great alternative for bad weather.
Ideal for families with children.
The beach can be easily reached in a few minutes by bike or walking.
We can absolutely recommend the apartment.

Wohnung top sauber u ausgestattet. Liebevoll u mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Küche perfekt ausgestattet.
Bücher, CDs, DVDs, Spiele für Groß u Klein. Schwimmbad, Sauna - meist einsam. Sehr erholsam überall, auch am Strand wenig los.
Vermieterin und Hausmeister immer freundlich u schnell mit Antworten zur Stelle.
Perfekt organisiert alles.

Absolute Erholung
Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und sehr sauber gewesen. Es ist auch so alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Von der Terasse aus erreicht man eine große Liegewiese, alles sehr gepflegt.
Was uns am meisten begeistert hat war die Ruhe rundherum. Noch ein Höhepunkt ist der Pool, der im Haus untergebracht ist und mit genutzt werden kann.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wünschen den Gastgebern weiterhin alles Gute.

Wunderschön und empfehlenswert
Der Urlaub war wunderschön, das Wetter traumhaft.
Wir haben uns um der stilvoll eingerichteten und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung von Frau Lundt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ohne Trubel, der Strand nicht überlaufen und mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
Die Ferienanlage war gepflegt und der Pool ein Highlight. Schade, dass wir unseren Hund nicht. mitbringen konnten.
Gern empfehlen wir die Wohnung weiter und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Entspannte Grosseltern mit glücklichen Kindern
Eine woche Urlaub der Großeltern mit den Enkeln. Die Wohnung ist schön, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sauber und absolut zu empfehlen.
Wunderbar für Kinder ist die weitläufige Wiese und das grossartige (kleine) Schwimmbad.
Barendorf ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und angenehm ruhig.
Jederzeit wieder.

es ist alles super organisiert und erklärt.
Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und vorallem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Sehr schönes Anwesen
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und umfangreich ausgestattet. Es gab ein große Spielwiese mit Spielgeräten. Meine Kinder liebten vor allem den Pool. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und nicht touristisch überlaufen.
Leider war der Weg zum Strand für uns fast ein bisschen zu weit, aber der Bollerwagen macht den Weg etwas leichter.
Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Urlaub
Wir fanden die Unterkunft echt super.Ganz in der Nähe sind viele Ausflugsziele .Die haben wir genutzt, und unsere Kinder waren glücklich.Auch Spaziergänge am Strand waren sehr erholsam.Das Schwimmbad würde jeden Tag genutzt.Die Übergabe verlief echt entspannt.Wir kommen wieder.

Erholsame Tage an der Küste

entspanntes Wo-ende
wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Als Spätbucher bzw Barzahler mussten wir leider bis 18 Uhr an der FW , bzw 19 Uhr in Boltenhagen, sein; es hieß, wir könnten ansonsten abends nicht mehr einziehen. Dies ergab durch Staus bedingt, Stress, der wohl zu vermeiden gewesen wäre. Schade.

We liked the beautiful natural beach at Barendorf and the wonderful surroundings. So we came here again and again to enjoy peace and relaxation. In 2016, we bought the holiday flat in Seestraße.
