Description

The newly renovated Villa Dünenblick XXL borders with the large rear facing garden directly on the beautiful golf course. From the front of the villa you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the dunes and tulip fields. The house was renovated by us in 2017 and remodeled. There are 4 separate bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. Each bedroom has a television, three of them with a DVD player. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, thus providing enough space for the entire holiday clothes. The house has a nice sauna and a cozy gas fireplace. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and whirlpool tub) and a separate 1 guest toilet. The large garden is completely fenced, has a number of dining seats and enough space to play and relax. The newly paved terrace has an electrical enclosure, a heater and a large comfortable lounge and a dining table for 10 people. The large light-filled living-dining area has a 55 inch television, a beautiful dining table with 10 chairs and a solid leather sofa with plenty of space. A very well-equipped kitchen complete the picture.

Location and surroundings of object

The villa is located in the luxurious Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne just one kilometer away from the long sandy beach in a wide dunes. The well-tended park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park has numerous recreational activities.
In all newly built leisure centric space of the park are a great big fancy fun Indoor pool (eg with a slide and Jacuzzis), a bowling alley, an indoor children's playground, outdoor playground (with roomy bouncer pad), a delicious restaurant, a small shopping mall, a very well stocked driving edge Rental (with trailer and cart rental), etc.
Golf in the Park: A 9-hole A status Golf Course (par 70) is located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and shop on the premises.
There is also in the park two tennis courts, a mini golf course and canoe rentals.
Julianadorp consists of two districts, the main town Julianadorp and on the North Sea beach resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp is known because of its beautiful sandy beach and the nearby dunes and tulip fields.
Julianadorp has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. It is surrounded by fields of flowers that glow in the heyday of all colors. There are several good restaurants in town, as well as a large shopping center, Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, bakers, butchers, etc.
The wonderful beach has been honored with the Environmental Award and the magnificent dune landscape lends itself to beautiful hiking and biking tours.
The beach is about one kilometer away and is easily accessible. The path leads along the beautiful flower fields. The beach restaurant Paal 6 is open all year.
A stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes located about 500m away. You can also take on Horses for rent beach rides.
In the area there are many worthwhile trip, as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam is easily reached by train in 1 hour.

Vacation with friends

We booked this break for ourselves at short notice. Thank you very much for that.
We spent a great week in the villa, just the two of us. We really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen; we lacked nothing there. We spent the evenings by the cozy fireplace.
There is a good selection of children's games and books for swapping in the villa.
We will definitely book the villa again with our families.

Dreamlike vacation

We had a spontaneous 5-day trip to a holiday home in Julianadorp and were totally thrilled. With six people, we had more than enough space. The new beds were super comfortable, the fireplace made for really cozy evenings, and the garden was simply great – perfect for relaxing. It was an all-around lovely stay, and we will definitely come back!

We simply felt comfortable!!!

The house is very well and cozily furnished. The mattresses were just great, I slept better than at home. The location to the beach is also good. About 20 minutes on foot.
Everything you need is available. Wi-Fi was also good. The kids didn't complain ?. The fireplace was also great. One thing would be super, an instruction manual for the oven. We had a hard time with it, but maybe that was also our fault.

Great family vacation

We (6 adults, 3 toddlers, and a dog) were lucky to spend a great week in Julianadorp, and the "weather gods" mostly favored us. The house is great, spacious and well-equipped. The large terrace and garden are well-suited for children and dogs. The shopping opportunities in the vicinity are good. I recommend all future visitors to bring bikes or rent them on-site. Otherwise, the walk to the beach (just under 2 kilometers) can be quite long... and the cycle paths in the area offer tours for every taste. (Eventually, there will be a tailwind ;-) ) All in all, a week that we will remember with fondness.

Lovely holiday home

The house was fully equipped, the dog loved it in the fenced garden. There were even bicycles that could be used. Together with the sauna, whirlpool, and all other amenities, it was a great stay.

Simply beautiful

We felt so comfortable in the house and we had an incredible time there. The garden is great, with open views in the front and back. We grilled a lot and had a lot of fun. For the first time since childhood, we heard frogs croaking again—wonderful.
We had some hot days, and sun loungers would have been great, but you can also relax well in the chill area.
But the best part is Mrs. Runggaldier; she is always nice, responds quickly, and is always helpful. A big thank you!

Family holiday after the loss of the father/grandfather

For years, we have always taken a family vacation with my parents and possibly children in Julianadorp. After the unexpectedly passing of my father, we still decided to go on the family vacation. We desperately needed some quality time with the family. Our holiday home has never been so beautiful! Super well-equipped, the bedroom with the bathroom downstairs was truly perfect for my mother and would have been perfect for my father with limited mobility as well. We enjoyed the privacy in the wonderful garden, fantastic! Perfect for walking and cycling. We like to cook and usually bring our basic kitchen equipment, but it wasn't necessary, the kitchen, like everything else, was well equipped! The house, the garden, the great atmosphere, the caring attitude of the landlady, the service, and of course the great weather made us feel absolutely good from the beginning and we gained strength! Thank you!!!

GLADLY AGAIN :-)

Very nice, spacious, and bright house. Lovingly and tastefully furnished (exactly as seen in the pictures). Fully equipped, nothing was missing. Great location, the beach is also within walking distance. Very beautiful scenic area, suitable for jogging, walking, and cycling. Very friendly and attentive landlords. We will come back, then in summer, to also enjoy the large garden with the beautiful view. Thank you very much.

Absolutely inviting....

We had a wonderful week in a beautifully decorated and well-maintained holiday home. The house is very spacious, and both the house and the garden invite you to relax comfortably. With sauna, fireplace, numerous DVDs, and games available, you can also make yourself cozy in bad weather. Large windows ensure light-filled rooms, everywhere you can look into the greenery, and you can take wonderful walks and bike rides through the fields and dunes. There is a good selection of restaurants all around - with the beach restaurant Paal 6 being an absolute highlight to watch the sunset or enjoy delicious meals during the day. In the house, the very well-equipped kitchen and the large dining table also invite cooking with several people. In the spacious garden, there is a large number and selection of seating options. The bedrooms are all very beautiful, modern, and cozy. The bedroom on the ground floor pampers the guest in need of relaxation with a dreamy box spring bed. At night, it was absolutely quiet outside - so much so that even I slept through. Throughout the entire house, you can feel the amount of love and care that the hosts have put into setting up this house. I have already added this house to my list of favorite destinations and definitely want to see the blooming tulip fields in the spring. Overall assessment: Absolutely top and recommendable, 5 stars :-)
