Our luxurious detached holiday home for 8/10 people located on "Beach park Ooghduyne" in Julianadorp aan Zee.

The house was just perfect for us. Every room is lovingly decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a TV in every bedroom, which makes living together easier with multiple generations. The contact was very nice, and everything went smoothly, thank you for that. The beach is a bit further away than indicated, but that was not a problem for us. The bicycles in the shed are operational. We had a great time and would love to come back.

A DREAM to LIVE, and RELAX...
When we found this vacation villa on the internet, we were immediately impressed. A whirlpool bathtub, a sauna, and a Sunshower shower... wow. Everything in the photos looked great. When we arrived there and entered the vacation villa, we were super excited! It was all like in the photos... beautifully and cozy furnished... decorated with love... everything you need is there! Bags parked and off for a tour of the house. As requested, a bedroom was prepared for each of us 3. All rooms are lovingly furnished. The bed linens were nice and smelled super fresh. The beds were all super comfortable. We all had a box spring bed which was really good to sleep in. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining area/table is very large with comfy chairs. The living room has a large comfortable couch and a cozy armchair. The TV is almost as big as a screen "to the delight of the men"! Cleanliness is probably the "alpha and omega" here as everything was very, very clean!
The contact with the landlords in advance was uncomplicated and very friendly. Everything went smoothly and easily. Everything is explained or described very well. Oh, I almost forgot about the garden. It is well-equipped and beautiful. Unfortunately, we could not use it because we only had storm and rain. The three of us recommend this holiday villa 100% and are very much looking forward to spending a relaxed time there again sometime. Many thanks to the great landlords... and warm regards from the three of us from Oberhausen.

Der Hammer
We spent our vacation at Villa Floris with two families. And it was simply beautiful. I have rarely rented such a well-equipped house. Furthermore, it was super cozy, modern, and stylishly furnished. The layout was perfect for our needs. Since we had very changeable weather, it was very convenient for us that the house has a washing machine and dryer. The location is a bit far from the beach. But it was not a problem for us, as we had bikes with us. Two bikes are also available at the house. Overall simply TOP! ! ! !

Tolles, gemütliches Haus
We spent four very cozy days with six adults and three children. The house is super beautifully decorated in a maritime cozy style, detailed and tasteful, even more beautiful than in the pictures. The space is very generous, the beds comfortable, and it is not noisy. The only thing is that the stove/microwave combo was too small for our cooking plans! ;) We are experienced vacation home renters and always bring everything with us, but the kitchen equipment is really great! It was our first visit to Holland - we will definitely come back to explore the area further! So far, we've always been to Denmark, but the Dutch beach is just as good as the Danish one.
