Description
Our early 2016 completely renovated and newly furnished villa Dünenblick offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday on the Dutch North Sea coast, without having to forego the accustomed luxury. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two with high-quality box spring beds and the third with 2 single beds. The wardrobes in the bedrooms are complemented by additional bureaus so that there is enough space to accommodate the clothes. The guest bathroom and the two bathrooms (one with shower and bath) were completely renewed. It was a high-quality vinyl flooring laid and all furniture was taken to ensure that these allergies are friendly. The new kitchen is of course fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Smoothiemixer, toaster, etc.)
All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with TV (with radio and programs via satellite).
A beautiful wooden table with 6 high-quality leather chairs (one-Tripp Trapp by Stokke for children is also available) and the cozy living room also invite you to stay in the house. New garden furniture are ordered to enjoy the beautiful view of the dunes or on the tulip fields on the terrace can. A barbecue is also available. The way to the beach is not far, but trips are two new bicycles.
Games, movies and books are also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in the luxurious Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne just one kilometer away from the long sandy beach in a wide dunes. The well-tended park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park has numerous recreational activities.
Golf in the Park: A 9-hole A status Golf Course (par 70) is located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and SHPO on the premises.
Unfortunately, the swimming pool with sauna etc. burned in December 2015; it is rebuilt the time. Opportunities for swimming exist in Aqua Centre Den Helder (10 minutes). Julianadorp consists of two districts, the main town Julianadorp and on the North Sea beach resort Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp is known because of its beautiful sandy beach and the nearby dunes and tulip fields.
Julianadorp has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. It is surrounded by fields of flowers that glow in the heyday of all colors. There are several good restaurants in town, as well as a large shopping center, Aldi, Lidl, pharmacy, bakers, butchers, etc.
The wonderful beach has been honored with the Environmental Award and the magnificent dune landscape lends itself to beautiful hiking and biking tours.
The beach is about one kilometer away and is easily accessible. The path leads along the beautiful flower fields. The beach restaurant Paal 6 is open all year.
A stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes located about 500m away. You can also take on Horses for rent beach rides.
In the area there are many worthwhile trip, as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam is easily reached by train in 1 hour.

We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. We felt very comfortable and quickly at home. Even our little dog didn't want to leave on the day of departure. The handling and communication with Mrs. Runggaldier was perfect. Thank you for the great week.

Traumwoche am Meer ?
Es war perfekt: das Häuschen lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Toll für unsere Hunde: der komplett eingezäunte Garten!
Dazu gab es Traumwetter direkt am Meer!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Urlaub an der Nordsee
Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Sauna war für zwei Personen bestens geeignet. Unsere Hündin fühlte sich im Haus und im Garten sehr wohl. Danke auch für den netten Kontakt mit Frau Runggaldier.

Grandioser 3-Generationenurlaub
Wir hatte einen ganz tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben neben ausgedehnten Fahrradtouren viele Unternehmungen gemacht und uns am Strand in der Sonne erholt. Das Haus ließ für drei Generationen keine Wünsche offen und die defekten Lampen haben wir kurzerhand selbst rasch gewechselt. (Was Opa nicht reparieren kann, kann keiner ?) Die gut erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit tollen Spielplätzen haben neben dem morgendlichen Brötchenservice hohen Luxus geboten. Unsere Kinder haben viele Floßkilometer hinter sich gebracht. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Urlaub - wir kommen wieder!
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Kontakt zu Frau Runggaldier war immer super freundlich. Antworten auf unsere Fragen, auch bezüglich der Coronapandemie, wurden stets schnell und hilfreich beantwortet.
Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Vorallem die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen! Obwohl wir keine zusätzlichen Handtücher bestellt hatten, waren sie überall im Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie Seife, Duschbad, Toilettenpapier und vieles mehr - davon können sich andere Häuser definitiv eine Scheibe abschneiden! Zusätzlich gibt es einen Schrank voll mit Brettspielen, DVDs und Büchern; für jeden von uns war etwas dabei. Wir wurden herzlich im Ferienhaus begrüßt und kommen definitiv wieder!
Lediglich das Besteck, die Gläser und die Waschmaschine waren nicht sauber, dies ist aber wahrscheinlich der Hochsaison und der geringen Zeit für die Reinigungskräfte geschuldet. Wir haben uns einfach selbst darum gekümmert und konnten danach unseren wunderschön Urlaub genießen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus in Julianadorp.Der Strand ist wunderschön und mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
Viele Ausflüge kann man von hier sehr gut starten.
Es war ein erholsamer und erlebnisreicher Urlaub.Gerne wieder.

A great luxurious holiday home , perfect for families or 3 couples
It was our second time in Holland and it was definitely better than our last holiday home. The house was fully equipped, modern and located in a beautiful quiet corner next to a golf course and overlooking tulip fields next to the dunes. Although we were there in January, we still managed to spend everyday outside. The closeness of the facilities such as the adventure swimming pool, restaurants and shopping mall made it all possible by foot or bicycle. The kids absolutely loved it. We had days of fun walking along the beach, eating at modern beach restaurants , or visiting local shopping towns, followed by evenings with our feet up in front of the fire. Not to forget that there was a TV in every room, a kitchen which was better equipped than at home and a lovely private big garden with a bbq and terrace furniture. When the sun shone, you completely forgot that you were at the sea in winter. The landlady was so helpful. She can speak 3 languages, German ,Dutch and English. When we had questions she was always very happy to help us. It was all in all a brilliant family holiday. I totally recommend it!

Nette Vermieter - tolles Haus - schöne Lage, - was will man mehr?
Wir waren vm 28.10. bis zum 04.11.2017 mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in der Villa Dünenblick.
Alles war wie beschrieben, - die Ausstattung des neu renovierten Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Von Gesellschaftsspielen über Töpfe und Geschirr, von Flaschenöffner bis Pfannenwender... hier ist tatsächlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind überaus nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Das Haus steht "in der ersten Reihe"... man kann, wie der Name der Villa es verspricht, quer übers Tulpenfeld rüber zu den Dünen nebst Leuchtturm schauen...
Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub...

Traumurlaub!
Wie auch schon letztes Jahr, haben wir mal wieder nen super schönen Urlaub in der Villa Dünenblick verbracht.
Es hat an uns nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

Sehr schönes Haus in klasse Lage!
In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was zu einem gelungenen Urlaub benötigt wird. Qualitativ sehr gute Möbel, Betten, Ausstattung der Küche, Fahrräder,... Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Schöner Garten mit Liegen, Sitzgruppe u Grill mit Kamin. Liebevoll eingerichtet, prima zum Ankommen u Wohlfühlen. Liegt in einem Park, Angebote können genutzt werden, man kann aber auch gut seine Ruhe haben. Wunderschöne Umgebung, Strand mit Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Kontakt mit Vermietern hervorragend, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Urlaub mit Kleinkind
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren so nett und haben uns sogar ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir keins mitbringen mussten, das hat uns viel Platz im Auto beschafft.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Genug Stauraum, mit großen Schränken und Kommoden, da man mit Kind ja genug mitschleppen muss.
Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht und und und unser Sohn hat viel im Garten gespielt.
Da Fahrräder im Haus waren, waren wir gleichzeitig sehr mobil, nur ca. 5 Minuten mit den Rad entfernt, war ein Fahrradverleih.Dort haben wir uns für wenig Geld einen Anhänger gemietet.
Zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad (ca .5 Minuten ), zum einkaufen ebenfalls, auch Restaurant haben wir so aufgesucht (auch zu Fuß waren welche erreichbar)
Für einen Urlaub mit Kind, oder auch für 2 Pärchen ist dieses Haus wirklich zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten 2 Tage Sturm mit Regen und konnten nicht raus, war gar nicht schlimm, da einige Brettspiele vorhanden waren und wir haben damit die Zeit verbracht .
Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und wir konnten entspannt und erholt nach Hause fahren.

Top Haus in erstklassiger ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung mit vielen Extras (Weber Holzkohlegrill, neue Fahrräder etc.). Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Fernseher und komfortables schnelles WLAN. Bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit und auch die Gegend bietet einiges. Besonders klasse war der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
