Description
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate entrance and its own bathroom with shower/WC.
There is also a large games room on the first floor with a pool table and table tennis.
In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 m² enclosed garden. The covered barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill!

| Prices are per night for a 4 person occupancy. The price includes sheets, towels and (except beach towels), electricity, water, heating if necessary. The local tax (about 1, - € per day for adults, € for children from 12 years) and the local registration fee of about 2, - € per person per stay is payable locally. The apartment is located in the center of Bale, the house can be approached for loading and unloading your luggage, park you can walk on a free public parking area 100 m from the house. |
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit of 15% of the rental price (max. 100 EUR) will not be refunded. After that, 80% of the rental price will be due if the property cannot be re-rented in the booked period.
