Case Felice is situated in the medieval town of Bale, about 12 km south of Rovinj and only 6 km from the coast with its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters.
The stylishly restored stone house offers on a floor space of approx. 110 m² a lot of space for up to 8 persons. The spacious living-dining area with the modern, open country house kitchen is as well as a bathroom in the 1 floor of the house. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds as well as another bathroom with shower/WC.
In the small garden with sitting area there are also deck chairs for the guests. Here you can relax and enjoy the warm summer evenings.
The old town of Bale with its flowery, dreamy alleys is only a few minutes walk from the house.
The house is top maintained and attractively furnished. Once you've been there, you're welcome to come back!

| The arrival and departure can be made out of season every weekday. In high season the arrival and departure only on weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) is possible. Unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, the apartment is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 15:00. The price is per apartment and night with an occupancy of up to 6 people. Each additional person over 4 years cost per night €. The price includes tourist tax, bed linen, towels and (except beach towels), electricity, water, if necessary. Heating. |
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit of 15% of the rental price (max. 100 EUR) will not be refunded. After that, 80% of the rental price will be due if the property cannot be re-rented in the booked period.
