Description
Near the historic center of Bale, in a quiet location, with large pool and garden, the apartment is ideal for families with children, the holiday abseites in a relaxed atmosphere to share the tourist bustle. The 100 m² house is spread over 2 floors, with the two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor are located and can be reached via the external staircase. From here you also have access to the upper terrace, which offers a beautiful view over the garden and the old town of Bale. The living area with a sofa bed for up to 2 people is just like another bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor. The lower terrace is sheltered from the wind, so you can still enjoy the outdoors even cooler evenings.
In the garden near the pool guests will find a wonderful barbecue area. On request there is also a massage service (for a fee) available.
The cozy seating area invites you to cozy evenings around the BBQ.
The large pool is used by two other apartments of the adjacent Villa Nina. The owner lives in the adjacent house and is available for questions at any time. The holiday of course also includes a parking space on the closed Grundstü old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and shops are just 5 minutes away from the apartment. The beaches San Polo and Colone can be reached by bike or car within minutes.

Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and olive groves stands the small town of Bale 145 m above sea level and attracts visitors with its unique old town immediately under his spell. Step through the archway of the recently restored Palazzo Bembo in the narrow stone streets and listen to the stories of bygone times ... you will want to keep coming back!
Bale is a beautiful, dreamy and peaceful place and yet you will find everything you need: a small supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop, cafes, bars and restaurants (from simple taverns to upscale restaurants - including 2 of the best Croatian restaurants according Gault Millau!).
The beautiful beach you can claim almost on its own. Even in high season, there lonely place! This can be easily reached via a paved road 5 km.
