On the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bale and yet only 5 minutes walk from the old town, our Villa Flores invites you to a relaxing vacation. The villa welcomes you in a chic, fresh, airy style.
On 140 m² on one level you will find a spacious, air-conditioned living area with open kitchen and access to the covered terrace and garden, two air-conditioned bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet), a smaller bedroom with a french bed and a guest toilet.
In the 1500 m² garden, which is surrounded by a typical Istrian stone wall, no wishes remain unfulfilled. So you can spend quiet hours by the pool. The BBQ area at the covered terrace is perfect for sociable barbecue evenings, in the cozy atrium you can enjoy the end of the day.
A high chair, baby crib and swing are available for our younger guests. Washing machine, iron/ironing board are available. The two larger bedrooms are equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning. All bedrooms are also equipped with fly screens. Parking is possible with two cars on the property.
Bale will captivate you with its medieval old town, the narrow, flowery alleys and the small but fine gastronomy. Bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are only a few minutes' walk from the house.
The coastal town of Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic, is only 12 km away from Bale and can even be easily reached by bike!

| The price is per apartment and night with an occupancy of up to 7 people. The price includes sheets, towels and (except beach towels), electricity, water, heating if necessary. The arrival and departure can be made out of season every weekday. In high season the arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, the apartment is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 15:00 onwards |
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit of 15% of the rental price (max. 100 EUR) will not be refunded. After that, 80% of the rental price will be due if the property cannot be re-rented in the booked period.
