When booking for 8-10 people, the whole house with 4 bedrooms is at your disposal. All are equipped with electric shutters, hygienic designer flooring (bathrooms: tiles), decorative Roman blinds or pleated blinds and a decentralised ventilation system.
You make your choice when booking for 4 or 6 people. The bedrooms/bathrooms not booked remain closed. Choose 2 or 3 bedrooms/bathrooms according to your taste:

Groß Schwansee is a dream destination on the Baltic Sea beach, situated in the Klützer Winkel exactly between the Baltic Sea resorts of Travemünde (10km) and Boltenhagen (15km). Walks are a real experience not only in summer but also in winter on the snow-covered Baltic Sea beach. On the Baltic Sea cycle path along the coast, you cycle with the best views through endless rapeseed and golden-yellow grain fields, always directly along the beach. Immerse yourself in the tranquillity and vastness of this fascinating landscape with its unique recreational value.
A real highlight is the Schlossgut Groß Schwansee in the immediate vicinity. Here you can enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet in the brasserie and the light, refined gourmet cuisine in the castle restaurant. In summer, the Brasserie invites you to enjoy Mecklenburg delicacies and delicious cakes
Groß Schwansee is also an excellent starting point for excursions to the nearby seaside resorts of Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand and Boltenhagen. If you want to enjoy big-city flair, you can quickly reach the 4 Hanseatic cities of Lübeck or Wismar (35km each) or Rostock or Hamburg (100km each). The country house 4 Jahreszeiten is situated on a beautiful 1000m² property by an idyllic pond, surrounded by meadows and fields. On the same property is the identically built country house by the sea with almost the same facilities. So you can also book both houses together for up to 16 people
So our two country houses are very suitable for your holiday but also for business events like workshops, conferences and meetings. Conference equipment such as flipchart, beamer and screen on request.
The bread roll service delivers fresh bread rolls and ingredients for the breakfast table to your house in the morning. If you prefer to go out for breakfast, the great breakfast buffet in the Brasserie im Schlossgut is only 300m away. At lunchtime and in the evening, your kitchen can also remain cold if you prefer to dine in the Schlossgut restaurant. Or you can let our private chef cook for you at home, whom you can book with us - a great culinary experience.
Our already extensive wellness offer can be complemented by our mobile massage service. Our masseuse will be happy to come to your house with her massage table on request.
We are happy to put together interesting cycling tours and excursion programmes for you.

It doesn't get any better than this - even for demanding people
Everything is just right here! We have stayed in luxury houses on Sylt, for example, but we have never experienced anything as great as this. The facilities are top-notch - from the bed to the whirlpool, nothing is missing and you can just enjoy the peace and quiet and the great landscape and switch off/relax. Children also have a lot of fun here and have plenty to discover. The landlords are very friendly. Conclusion: Highly recommended, even for the more demanding!

Everything was just great!
Dear readers,
We stayed in this vacation home for the first time and were completely thrilled.
The equipment left nothing to be desired, and the outdoor whirlpool is simply the cherry on top. The sauna and wellness area invite you to relax extensively, and the uncomplicated gas fireplace always provided a cozy atmosphere.
The rooms with their own bathrooms are perfect for a small group trip. The cozy living room also offers ample space for relaxed togetherness.
There is plenty of technology available - there's something for every taste. Maybe next time, the sound will work better when watching videos... the home entertainment system is advanced technology, so it can glitch sometimes, and watching videos was not our main goal ;-)
In summary, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time to the fullest.
The Buck family are attentive and friendly hosts. All our questions received positive answers, and even our special requests were accommodated.
We highly recommend the house and its hosts and hope that this was not our last visit.

Böse Überraschung
Wir haben zu zehnt ein sehr schönes Wochenende an der Ostsee verbracht. Die böse Überraschung kam dann jedoch nach unserer Rückkehr: Trotz einvernehmlicher Übergabe mit dem Hausverwalter wurden uns durch den Vermieter nachträglich Schäden in Rechnung gestellt, die wir weder verursacht noch bemerkt haben (Lampen seien beschädigt worden, die wir entweder gar nicht, oder noch bis zu unserer Abfahrt problemlos benutzt haben, ein Fliegengitter sei kaputt, dass wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt berührt haben etc.). Die Vermutung liegt Nahe, dass zumindest ein Teil der Schäden durch eine vorherige Urlaubergruppe verursacht wurde (der Verwalter machte Andeutungen, dass es kurz zuvor zu Schwierigkeiten kam), die nun auf uns abgewälzt wurden. Die Kaution in Höhe von 400 € haben wir nach wie vor nicht zurückerhalten. Eine sehr bedauerliche Erfahrung, aufgrund der wir leider nur von einer Anmietung des Hauses abraten können.

We too are repeat offenders
To our regret, we unfortunately saw how the house was being run down. Sometimes it is not cleaned properly. It was only this time that I noticed how unnatural the house actually is. Since it has no life except that of the visitors. But OK, if you leave almost 1,000€ for three nights, real plants would probably be too uneconomical. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Deficiencies that were important to me personally were 2 stolen PS4 games that were not bought and therefore missing in scope. The beds were not clean and all had to be changed. If you want to cook properly, you should bring your own knives, as there is a lack of them. It is a pity that the fireplace is broken at the moment, so for me it was only half as great as usual. But if you don't care about that, I can only recommend this house.

Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit, gute Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen und die Vollständigkeit des Inventars. Leider können wir nur manchmal nicht so schnell nachkaufen, wie bei uns Ausstattung verschwindet. Wir wünschen uns Gäste, die sich über die luxuriöse Ausstattung unseres Landhauses freuen, unser Eigentum achten und sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

A dream again
As a " repeat offender " we were once again guests at the country house " Four Seasons ". As with our first visit, everything was perfect. (This time even the weather). Contact with the landlords and housekeeper was easy and very friendly. The house corresponds exactly to the pictures/descriptions. But: Only on site you can really feel/experience the " feel-good atmosphere " of this house. We will come again.

Great relaxation.
The Landhaus 4 Jahreszeiten invites you to relax, unwind, and unwind. Here you feel comfortable from the start and can let your soul dangle. The rooms, the wellness area, the kitchen, and the living room are very well maintained, clean, and tidy. The house is tastefully decorated. Particularly practical is that almost all bedrooms (except the "children's room") have their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and invites you to cook together.
We will definitely come back :)

Super tolles Haus!
Wir haben mit 9 Frauen ein Wochenende dort verbracht und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass das Haus toll ist. Selbst, dass wir 9 waren, war für den Vermieter kein Problem. Als wir ankamen war alles toll vorbereitet und die nette Hausdame hat uns alles genau erklärt. Ein Riesen Pluspunkt ist natürlich der Außenpool. Selbst als es draußen kalt war, konnte man ihn super nutzen, da er so gut beheizt ist.
Auch für Kinder ist vorgesorgt (Spielhaus, Sandspielzeug, kleines Klettergerüst...)
Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir waren dort auf keinen Fall zum letzten Mal;)

Erholung in Perfektion
Wir durften eine viel zu kurze Woche in diesem Traumhaus zu Gast sein. Von der sehr netten Kommunikation im Vorfeld, dem Empfang vor Ort sowie natürlich das Haus selbst war alles Perfekt.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind auf den Bildern sehr gut abgebildet, aber vor Ort ist alles noch um einiges Schöner. Auch der angebotene Brötchenservice ist sehr zu empfehlen.Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder einen Urlaub in Groß Schwansee verbringen.

Wonderful stay in two first class houses
A very warm thank you for an all round wonderful stay in your two first class cottages! The wonderful furnishings with attention to detail, as well as probably the most helpful and kindest handbook I have ever seen in a holiday home, immediately made for a comfortable welcome and real holiday feeling. You can tell that someone here has thought about real life and helpful little things instead of just short, hotel-like stays
Our teen was taken with the Playstation, the men with the sun loungers and barbecues and us ladies with the hot tub evening under the stars. We will be very happy to rate your houses accordingly and have already recommended them to others. If it suits us, we will be very happy to come back ourselves.

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt
Unseren 3-Generationen-Familienurlaub mit 8 Personen im Landhaus 4 Jahreszeiten haben wir sehr genossen.
Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr schön fanden wir die umfangreiche Ausstattung des Hauses: die Küche, die gehobene technische Ausstattung, Bücher für jede Altersklasse, Spielzeug für drinnen und draußen inkl. Sandkasten, Klettergerüst und Spielehäuschen, die Baby- und Kleinkindausstattung (von der Wickelunterlage über Töpfchen und Toilettenaufsatz bis zum Tritthocker war alles vorhanden) und nicht zu vergessen der tolle Wellness-Bereich mit Außenwhirlpool, in dem man auch an kühleren Abenden entspannen konnte.
Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, für weitere Unternehmungen ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
Die Vermieter und die Verwalter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Brötchen Bring dienst war super. Küche war alles Komplett vorhanden .Sehr nett eingerichtet mit viel schöner Deko . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im diesem Haus. im Wellness Bereich konnten wir gut entspannen . Sehr nette Betreiber und auch die Verwalter sind sehr nett und jederzeit bei Problemen ansprechbar. Insgesamt ein Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr stilvolles, modernes Ferienhaus mit tollem Wellness-Bereich
Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Traum! Es ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Wohnzimmer bzw. der Gemeinschaftsraum mit offener Küche ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Technik ist auf dem neuesten Stand, im Wellness-Bereich mit geräumiger Sauna und großer Badewanne und verschiedenen Duschvariationen konnten wir ausgiebig entspannen. Da es in unserer Urlaubszeit noch etwas kalt war, konnten wir die schöne Außenanlage nicht so recht genießen, außer den warmen Außen-Whirlpool. Der ist ein Traum selbst bei kühleren Temparaturen! Unsere kleine Tochter hatte ihren eigenen Sandkasten, ein Klettergerüst und eine kleine Holzhütte im Garten. Ein größerer Spielplatz ist auch fußläufig in der näheren Umgebung. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter und die Verwalter vor Ort waren auch sehr freundlich.
