The facilities of the residence include an underground parking space, a children's playground, and a swimming pool. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available.
The spacious sauna area can be used for a fee. Here you will find a Finnish sauna at 85°C, a bio-sauna at 55°C, an infrared cabin for two people, a Kneipp basin, a drinking fountain, adventure showers, and generous relaxation areas.
A bicycle rental is available for bicycle excursions. H&P holiday guests receive a 10% discount on the prices of the bicycle rental.

The flats are located in the apartment complex Residenz Seestern of the company H&P Touristik, about 100 m from the beach.
The residence is centrally located and in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens in Boltenhagen.
A large shopping centre and restaurants with international cuisine are not far from the complex.
Boltenhagen, the third oldest seaside spa, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar

In this case, H&P Touristik GmbH, Bonn, will make every effort to rent out the holiday apartment to someone else. However, if this is not successful, you are required to pay reasonable compensation (cancellation fees). Each holiday flat has a parking space in the underground car park, bicycle cellar, coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
You can use the facilities' own indoor swimming pool free of charge and the sauna in the new wellness area for a fee.
In the wellness area you will find a Finnish sauna (85°C), a bio sauna (55°C), infrared cabin for 2 persons, Kneipp basin, drinking fountain and three experience showers.
In the complex: playground, restaurants and shop.
