The holiday flat advertised here is representative of all available holiday flats (45-55m²) in the Residenz Seestern. The flats are located on the ground floor, first floor or attic.
We would like to introduce you to 50 holiday flats that can be reached by lift:
A bedroom with double bed for 2 persons and LCD TV.
2 additional guests can sleep comfortably on a double sofa bed in the living room.
In the living room there is also a dining area for 4 people, a modern wall unit with LCD TV and DVD player
The beautiful fitted kitchen is at your disposal with the following inventory:
Dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
The flat also has free Wi-Fi, a balcony, parking space and a bicycle cellar.
Pets are welcome in selected holiday flats.
Children's furniture: children's stool, children's toilet seat, secured sockets, bottle warmer and children's tableware.

The flats are located in the apartment complex Residenz Seestern of the company H&P Touristik, about 100 m from the beach.
The residence is centrally located and in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens in Boltenhagen.
A large shopping centre and restaurants with international cuisine are not far from the complex.
Boltenhagen, the third oldest seaside spa, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar
