Beautiful vacation

The house is really wonderfully equipped and has a great location. The stylish and comfortable furniture on the terrace ensures that sometimes you even prefer lying there than in the beach chair at the beach. We were really lucky with the weather, and without wind, it was more pleasant on the terrace than at the beach. For the three of us and the furry one, it was a perfect home for a week. Everything you need is there (actually even much more). Even the bowls for the dog are there. The exterior blinds ensure pleasant temperatures and dark rooms.
Thank you very much for the great time, we will definitely come back.

Great vacation accommodation

The house is superbly equipped, with everything considered for children. A high chair, a stool for washing hands, as well as extra cutlery and dishes are available. It is very modernly furnished and very clean. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. We would gladly come again.

Felt very well!

We were at Mrs. Rahn’s in 39c for the first time and felt very comfortable. It was very clean upon our arrival, and Mrs. Rahn was always available for questions. Both houses 39c and b are cozy, and the location on the edge of the complex is perfect – no one can “look over your shoulder,” and you look into greenery. With the southwest orientation, you can enjoy the sun in the afternoons and early evenings. We had a wonderful week and have inquired again for next Easter. Best regards!

Boltenhagen in perfect condition

We have moved into a cozy and very lovingly decorated house. Everything is just right here. The furnishings are not pieced together randomly but harmoniously coordinated, and everything you need for your vacation days is available. Communication with Ms. Rahn is always competent, nice, and friendly. We have come to know her as a woman who lovingly and dedicatedly maintains her houses. Boltenhagen itself is a charming little town with many shopping and dining options.

We would book the house again at any time. Nothing was lacking, and the location is great since you can quickly get to the beach or the center. Additionally, the shopping options are easily accessible on foot. Another plus is that the beach chair is already included in the rental price of the house, which allows you to save money on the beach chair rental. Anytime gladly again.

We are "repeat offenders." We always booked the vacation apartment where everything we need is available. We were not disappointed. The house is somewhat off the beaten path, but it is totally quiet, and the shopping opportunities, the beach, and everything else are easily accessible on foot. (Even better by bike) Our concerns as non-dog owners that the beach chair is located at the dog beach were unnecessary. We only found the black spots in the shower to be bothersome. (Sometimes there are indeed picky tenants. (That's why only 4 stars). Otherwise, agreements with Ms. Rahn were as always uncomplicated and everything was great.
In conclusion: our grandson, our daughter, and we 60+ liked it, and we will definitely come back. Also, there was nothing to complain about regarding the weather :-)

Besides the beautiful weather, we (family with 2 children and a dog) found a well-equipped accommodation, very close to the water and the city center. Shopping options were also within short distance.

The house was very clean and lovingly furnished. Additionally, there was a jar of homemade jam as a welcome gift. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and cleanliness.

Nearby places like Lübeck, Wismar, and Schwerin are also worth a visit. That was exactly the vacation we needed to escape from everyday life. We would love to come back someday :-)

We really liked the apartment 39c that we rented. It matched exactly the description on the website - quiet and very cozy - just what we were looking for. Nothing was missing. A small hint to future tenants: Although bread rolls and some pastries are offered in the vacation village's sales wagon, it is better to visit the market in the city (Markant-Market, about 800m) regarding quality and price, if you are mobile enough. But that is certainly a matter of personal taste and has absolutely nothing to do with the evaluation of the very beautiful holiday apartment.

Very nice holiday home in Boltenhagen

Since we often spend our holidays in holiday homes, we can compare: and this holiday home is one of the nicest houses we were allowed to stay in. Clean, fully equipped (from the usable knife to the washing machine) for 4 people, spacious and simply homely (which is probably due to the landlady's love of many maritime details). It is a 2-storey end-of-terrace house in a beautifully landscaped holiday park, with a short walk to both the beach and the supermarket. The car is parked about 20 m away. The contact with the friendly landlady is absolutely problem-free. And you are allowed to bring your dog, which made the dog owner and the four-legged friend extremely happy. In the residential park you meet many like-minded friends. It's a pity that the holiday is finite.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft

The holiday terraced house is wonderfully quiet and yet only a stone's throw away from the Baltic Sea. It is modern, pretty, and equipped with everything needed for a holiday (from a barbecue to a fireplace), suitable for every season. Shopping markets and the center of Boltenhagen are close by. We spent a very nice vacation week without stress in the cozy holiday home, thanks to the kind landlady Mrs. Rahn! The location of the holiday home in the midst of the holiday village is great - on the edge, absolutely quiet, surrounded by nature and deer in the twilight. The bicycles are a highlight, you are mobile without a car, reach the beach and shopping in short distances. The steep coast is worth seeing, the Baltic Sea, anyway! The organic store in Tarnewitz is recommended, they also offer very delicious breakfast and lunch. We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat and its surroundings!

Small tip:
If you want to use the wood stove, you can buy firewood very cheaply in the neighboring village of Klütz at the local hardware store there. Costs only about half as much as at the local "Markant"!

We have been to Boltenhagen many times and always rent through Frau Rahn, who we almost consider a friend now, always friendly, totally committed, and always lends a listening ear. The house, as well as the adjacent house and the vacation apartment, are very cozy, tastefully furnished, and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The first time with a grandchild, 4 adults, and a dog, and we enjoyed every day. The terrace is located overlooking the greenery, without being visible, so beautiful, perfectly equipped with sunbeds, 4 chairs, a large table, and a parasol.
The location is perfect, about 5-10 minutes to the beach, shopping within 5-10 minutes on foot, or by bike is also perfect.
I would like to particularly mention the cleanliness of the house once again, it is not self-evident. All in all, the week was over too quickly, and we would have liked to have stayed longer.

Beautiful vacation days in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea

We will come back. The house is very beautiful and is located in a quiet yet central area in the holiday village of Boltenhagen. The landlady, Mrs. Rahn, is very friendly and helpful. We lacked nothing. Boltenhagen is a lovely holiday village with a beautiful beach and a nice promenade. We have already booked for next May.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Very nicely furnished house, bright, friendly, clean, and well-maintained. The beds are also very comfortable with no sagging mattresses. . .
There was nothing to complain about the house.
However, one must know that the path leading to the spa house, if you walk there, does not offer a sea view.
Almost the entire route goes through a forest path, so you can't walk up top. A better path above is currently under construction. That's why we didn't like Boltenhagen right away. The house, however, was great. It had a beautiful garden and a cozy atmosphere.

Recommended for a holiday with a dog. Beautifully landscaped complex with old trees and large lawns. Row houses with space for families and dogs.

The row house is modern and comfortably furnished, adequately equipped with everything needed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine clean and with towel heater!

The way to the beach is about 10 minutes long. Unfortunately, the dog beach is partly very rocky. Beach chair is great! Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, also reachable by bike.

Beautiful week in August, in Boltenhagen.

It was really as beautiful as in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable, as everything was very clean and decorated with love and taste. The equipment of the vacation rental is complete, everything was there, even a well-maintained washing machine with a 15-minute program, so you could quickly wash the swimwear. The terrace is very private and inviting to linger. At night, it is very quiet throughout the complex, which is actually the same during the day. This allows you to sleep wonderfully and the holiday is relaxing.
A few minutes walk to the beach and shopping, a short walk, everything nearby.
In addition, there are two bikes, in top condition.
We definitely want to come back, it was a very nice holiday!!!

We were thrilled by the location and amenities of this fantastic house! We were already familiar with the resort from previous vacations, but this house was the most beautiful we have had so far. The entire package was just right, aside from the bad weather. The location is incredibly quiet and really well situated. In the mornings, deer walk across the terrace. :)

The location was very nice, although we didn't have a direct view of the sea, but you don't really need that. To get to the beach, you have to walk 5 minutes, which is absolutely fine. The beach walks are simply fantastic. We like to go in the off-season or before the big hustle and bustle begins, and felt very comfortable there because of the peace. There are so many excursion possibilities, and we really enjoyed ourselves here. The accommodation is very modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable! Almost felt like home! It is very quiet, and you can relax very well.

Great holiday home in a wonderful secluded location in the holiday village

Arrive and feel comfortable right away, that's how you imagine a vacation - and that's exactly how we experienced it in this great holiday home! Super equipped, tastefully furnished, and everything totally clean and well-maintained. This also applies to the neighboring house 39b, which we rented together with house 39c for 1 week. This combination was ideal for our 3-generation family. For the youngest grandchild, a crib and a highchair were available (we missed unbreakable children's dishes) and the large bedroom in 39b could be completely darkened with blackout blinds. The two on-site bicycles and the beach chair (per house) were also well received. Even the lockable bicycle shed had space for your own bike. We were particularly delighted by the wonderful location at the edge of the holiday village: a secluded sun terrace with a view into the adjacent green wilderness. The only thing that could disturb the peace here is the occasionally loud call of the cuckoo at night. Also not to be taken for granted: the owner, Mrs. Rahn, takes care of her holiday homes and guests herself - friendly, helpful, uncomplicated. We can recommend both houses without reservation and would love to come back.

Super tolles Haus

We immediately felt comfortable when we entered. The house is comfortable and cozy, furnished with lots of attention to detail. The furniture is all new and not worn out. Even the kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV in the bedroom is a good size. We used the great bikes for long rides. The corner house has a quiet location towards the nature reserve, yet we were in the center and at the beach within a few minutes' walk. Thank you also to the landlady who handed the house over to us clean and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We have rarely experienced such a fully equipped kitchen in a holiday home. Everything was exactly as seen and described in the pictures. Nice, personal contact with the landlady. A special bonus: the two bicycles, which we used every day. The only downer: as we were there in October, the beach chair had unfortunately already been taken away (but this is not at the landlady's discretion). An all-round successful holiday!

We were already enthusiastic about Mrs Rahn's holiday home after our first holiday at the turn of the year and immediately booked our 14-day summer holiday for 2018. We were not only attracted by the modern, fresh look, but also by the overall equipment of the house, e.g. there is a washing machine, which should appeal especially to families with children, a barbecue, relaxation loungers on the terrace ... and the absolute highlight is the beach chair on the beach! Apart from that, this beautiful holiday home has absolutely everything you need for a self-catering holiday; we really did not miss anything at all!
Of course the terrace is wonderful, where we had breakfast every morning...pure holiday feeling!
By the way, the holiday home is only a 7-minute walk from the beach, so that you can easily walk to the beach, the beach bar on the pier or into town in the evening. Directly in the complex 'Urlauberdorf' there is, by the way, a slightly hidden beautiful playground, which must have just been newly built. If you want, you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning directly from the bread truck (2 min walk) and because of the proximity to two shopping markets, you can also go shopping in between without having to move the car immediately. By the way, you don't have to spend the whole day at the beach...our children aged 9, 12 and 14 were thrilled by climbing in the high ropes course and stand-up paddling at beach hut 20, which also offers an excellent coffee. Otherwise, the spa administration usually offers a very varied programme of events (from Zumba to join in to music concerts), but the nearby cities of Wismar, Schwerin and Lübeck are worth at least a day trip each. Schwerin in particular is a must-see. For us, one thing is certain: we will be back!!!!

The house has been modernized and furnished with a lot of love. Everything is in top condition and very clean. Upon arrival, it was clear to us that we would relax and feel comfortable here. The little fire in the fireplace added to this every evening. Thanks to the bicycles (included), we were very mobile, but the town center, shopping options, and the beach are also easily accessible on foot. The landlady was very nice, and everything was quickly and easily settled. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and hope that there will still be room for our return ;-).
