Welcome to the Ostseeperle
The Ostseeperle is a detached holiday home with an enclosed garden.
The house is newly renovated and has been available for holiday rental since 2017.
It is modern & cosily furnished and has all the daily necessities.
The living space is approx. 70 m², the entrance area is equipped with a wardrobe.
To the left of the entrance area is the utility room with washing machine, a WC & washbasin
On the ground floor, a spacious living area with exit to the terrace awaits you,
a kitchen open to the living area with dining table. The living area has comfortable armchairs and a couch which can also be used as a double bed. A large flat screen TV rounds off the comfort. The kitchen has a high-quality fitted kitchen and a solid dining table with 4 chairs that can be extended with folding chairs.
On the upper floor you have 2 bedrooms, one with a box-spring bed 1.40m x 2.00m
There is also a single bed 2.00 m x o.90 m and a double sofa bed.
Here you also have the possibility to watch TV from your bed
The bedrooms have reading lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers / bedside table.
The daylight bathroom is spacious and comfortably equipped.
A corner bathtub invites you to linger, a shower, a washbasin as well as a wall-mounted design WC pleasantly round off the comfort.
The flooring in the entire house is a high-quality design floor made of environmentally friendly materials.
Robust and easy to clean, it is ideal for children and dogs.
A cot as well as a high chair and a rocking horse, as well as a bobby car and a handcart are of course available for the little guests.

Baltic Sea holiday - pure nature!
This gem is located in a small free house area in Stove / Boiensdorf.
Boiensdorf lies to the north of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, and the Boiensdorfer Werder peninsula, which juts out about one kilometre into the Mecklenburg Bay of the Baltic Sea, belongs to the municipal area. The peninsula separates the Salzhaff from the Zaufe Strait. Opposite the peninsula are the islands of Poel and Langenwerder and, to the north, the peninsula of Wustrow.
The Scharberg, 1200 metres from the coast, is 54 metres above sea level and the highest elevation in the coastal area between Wismar and Rerik.
The districts of Niendorf, Stove and Werder belong to Boiensdorf. Source Wikipedia
The holiday home is surrounded by a landscape characterised by fields & meadows
The Salzhaff with a view of the island of Poel is only metres away from the house. There is a small natural beach here (natural beach),
away from the hustle and bustle of the big Baltic resorts.
In this idyll, the world is still in order, a wonderful location for all those who are looking for peace and quiet and want to relax from the stressful everyday life.
The surrounding area is ideal for bicycle tours and long walks on the beach with or without the dog.
Wismar (World Heritage Site) with its enchanting old town and the colourful hustle and bustle at the harbour is only about 15 km away. The seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn can be reached in 12-20 minutes by car.
Rosstock and Schwerin are also worth a trip.

Quiet location, great with dog(s)

Quietly located, a kind of small holiday houses/apartments island. Since there is little car traffic (guests, cleaning staff), you can take great, long walks with the dog. If you have "water rats," you can reach a small natural beach that slopes gently into the water in about 5 minutes through the little woods. To relax and without having to constantly watch the dog, you can enjoy coffee on the terrace. Because the well-maintained lawn garden is fenced all around. A washing machine is also available, so the laundry can dry nicely in the wind, covered. We never go to the same place twice, but this house is definitely worth a second trip.

Top Haus

we felt very comfortable in the Baltic Sea Pearl, nothing was missing, we would come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the house.

Sehr schönes Haus

We, 2 people and two large dogs, spent a week at the Baltic Sea Pearl.
Very lovingly furnished house with a beautiful garden. Just a few minutes to walk to the natural beach, perfect for the dogs!
Since the house is located at the very end of the village, it is beautifully quiet and there is hardly any traffic.
It was a great vacation!

Weihnachten in der Ostseeperle

We spent a beautiful holiday over Christmas here with our dog. The house is very well equipped and high quality. Everything was very clean. The Christmas markets in Wismar and Schwerin were worth seeing and easy to reach.
Just like in the previous vacation (Dansk Hus), everything was great again.

Super nice relaxing vacation

We stayed in this amazing house for a week. And not for the first time. Here you can relax and the dogs feel right at home. Walking right at the doorstep. A swim in the Baltic Sea is always an experience for the dogs. There is also a lot to see in the surroundings. We are already looking forward to the next vacation.

If you, like us, are looking for a few days of peace and relaxation with 2 adults and a dog, then this is the place for you. Long walks on the natural beach, plenty of space, quiet location. Idyllic holiday home in the countryside

We stayed in this holiday home with a child and a dog.

The house is modern, beautiful, and cozy and has everything you need. Even two bikes and everything for the beach. Also, a grill.

Unfortunately, it was not really clean when we arrived. The dishes in the cupboard were not properly washed. The house was unfortunately not cleaned properly. The lawn in the garden was also not mowed. The very nice landlady then offered us a follow-up cleaning the next day. Great service. Accessible at all times. Also gave us good tips on site.

WISMAR is definitely worth a visit, especially the harbor with delicious fish directly from the cutter. Beaches in Rerik, Gollwitz, Insel Poel very dog-friendly and clean.

Enchanting 10-day Trip!

We were there for 10 days in June and it was truly wonderful. It was exactly as we imagined or even better. The house had everything we needed. It was very, very clean and cozy. Even our dog (spoiled) felt really comfortable. That was an absolute highlight.
The house and the location are pure peace and relaxation. Very warm welcome and uncomplicated landlords. Great house! From us, there is definitely a 1 with a star, and we will gladly come back.

Ruhig und abgelegen

Long waiting time for response via email contact.
The outdoor area is very unkempt, and the garden furniture is very old (worn-out). Lacking insect protection in front of windows (since there are many insects on site).
The natural beach is not recommended.

Viele Dinge liegen ja bekanntlich im Angesicht des Betrachters...
dennoch würde ich als Vermieterin, gerne einiges richtig stellen.
Anfrage zum Objekt kam am 10.01. um 18:24 Uhr.
Die Antwort inkl.Angebot haben Sie am 10.01. um 20.12 Uhr erhalten.
Am 11.01 haben Sie gebucht, bleibt zu erwähnen, dass Ihre Kinder, die nachgereist sind, ohne extra Kosten gewohnt haben. Den Mietvertrag haben Sie am 19.01. erhalten.
Die Gartenmöbel sind nicht "abgerockt", das Haus ist komplett neu eingerichtet.
Die Fenster haben, da wo es möglich ist, Fliegengitter, die Mücken im Naturschutzgebiet,
sind je nach Wetterlage da. Wie Sie bereits erwähnt haben, handelt es sich um eine ruhige Lage am Naturstrand, dass Dieser Ihnen nicht zugesagt hat, tut mir leid. Er ist gerade bei Naturliebhabern und Hundemenschen sehr beliebt.
Der Rasen am Haus wurde 3 Stunden vor Ihrer Ankunft frisch gemäht.

Great short trip with 2 dogs

We went on a short trip to the Baltic Sea pearl.
The house is extremely well-equipped for a holiday home, we didn't miss anything.
What we really liked is that you can tell that dogs are welcome.
The location is absolutely quiet, walks with the dogs are easily possible right from the house.

The beach is just a natural beach with sticks & stones, shells and sometimes seaweed, perfect for dog people. Wismar is easily accessible by car, so we were able to enjoy a city stroll. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Lingen.

It's worth another recommendation!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We stayed with our small family (wife, child, me, and our dog) for 10 days. The house was super cozy and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. At the natural beach, which is really close by, not only did we enjoy beautiful hours with our child, but Carlo (our little bulldog) also had a lot of fun and space to run around, especially because he could walk without a leash there. In the evening, we enjoyed grilling on the terrace. We will gladly come back here.
