Welcome to the Salzhaffperle holiday home.
Friendly furnished with every comfort, your holiday home awaits you here.
On the ground floor you have a spacious and light-flooded living and dining area.
You will find a fitted kitchen with all the amenities you need for your daily needs.
A cosy place for breakfast and direct access to the covered sun terrace.
A large dining table invites the whole family to dine, chat and play. Family time is very important here.
A TV corner with a cosy sofa set (which can be converted into a double bed if required). A wood-burning stove provides cosiness and warmth even on cold days.
A bathroom at ground level with shower and WC and washing machine rounds off the comfort.
On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The bedroom to the rear has a large sunny balcony with a view of the Salzhaff. Enjoy your first coffee after getting up with a view of the Baltic Sea.
A private daylight bathroom, which you can reach directly from the bedroom, is equipped to a high standard with a bathtub, shower, basin and WC.
The other bedroom which is situated to the front,
has a double bed and a separate single bed.
In addition, a second flat screen TV is available here.
The house has a spacious outdoor area and its own parking space.

Pure relaxation!
We had a wonderful time in this holiday home. The dog had fun in the fenced property. Not far from the property lies a natural beach. Comfortable benches with a view of the Salzhaff. We also took trips to the island of Poel, Rerik, Wismar, and Kühlungsborn. It was nice to sit on the terrace and watch and listen to the flocks of birds. Those who seek peace and want to give their dog fun will find a good place here. We will definitely come back.

Muss nicht nochmal sein
Draußen konnte man nichts wirklich nutzen, da alles mit Spinnenweben benetzt war und zum Teil schmutzig, man konnte sich nirgendwo hinsetzen, da alles von Vogeldreck voll war.( und wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig) .
Die Nebenkosten sind auch nur Abzocke.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Rückmeldung genommen haben. So ist eine stetige Verbesserung möglich.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Vogelschutzgebiet mitten in der Natur. Die Nähe von 200 Metern zum Salzhaff bedingt eine Vielzahl von Vögeln. Gerade dies schätzen viele Gäste.
Die "Hinterlassenschaften" der Vögel im Außenbereich sind nicht wirklich schön, allerdings terminlich nicht zu planen. So passiert es, dass zwischen An- und Abreise der Gäste neue Spuren entstehen. Ebenso sind gerade im Spätsommer/Herbst die Arbeiten der Spinnen sichtbar. Auch hier ist die vollständige Reinigung nur kurzfristig möglich.
Hinsichtlich der Nebenkosten ist zu sagen, dass die Preise für Strom und Wasser ganz deutlich im Mietvertrag und in der Beschreibung kommuniziert werden. Sie sind ein Selbstkostenpreis, der auf die Gäste umgelegt wird. Die Abrechnung erfolgt aufgrund der von Ihnen selbst fotografierten und an mich übermittelten Zählerstände. Diese Vorgehensweis ist maximal transparent Eine Abzocke, wie Sie es benennen, ist somit nicht möglich und liegt mir tatsächlich fern. Die Höhe der Nebenkosten ist vielmehr vom persönlichen Verbrauchsverhalten abhängig. Heizen, Duschen, Waschmaschine, Vollbäder, Geschirrspüler usw.

Beautiful vacation
We spent a wonderful vacation as a couple with our furry friend in August at the "Salzhaffperle". Arrive, unlock, feel good! Ideally located for great walks with our dog, just 10 minutes to the Salzhaff and absolute peace in the surroundings for pure relaxation. At the same time, a great starting point for excursions to Wismar, Rerik, Kühlungsborn, etc. We will definitely come back.
