We were in the vacation apartment in May; location, parking, and amenities are really good. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially with a final cleaning fee of €80; we expect a clean apartment. The ashtray on the balcony was dirty and filled with cigarette butts, the fly screen on the balcony door was torn and flapped, there was a lot of sand in the rooms that we wanted to vacuum, but the vacuum cleaner was not working; the hose is so clogged that no lint can get through, dust says hello. Our dishes for 2 people have been washed by hand, and this was only used for a few days. But that is the fault of the guests, as they put the dirty dishes in the cabinets.
I would also have liked to upload a few pictures, but that is unfortunately not possible.
Otherwise, a quiet location.
