The comfortable, modern furnished maisonette has a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (double beds) and 2 bathrooms. In the living/dining room there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, etc. The double beds with mattresses have been renewed in the bedrooms in 2017.

From the 10 sqm balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle of Usedom's largest yacht and fishing harbour in peace and quiet.

Besides the beach, the harbour is the main attraction in Karlshagen in summer. The centre of Karlshagen and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached by bike within a few minutes.

Here the fine, white sandy beach is up to 80 metres wide and the Baltic Sea shallow and therefore particularly warm in summer.

Daten müssen geändert werden
Die Wohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmer ausgeschrieben, zwei Doppelbettzimmer und ein Einzelbettzimmer. Es sind aber nur zwei Schlafzimmer, das dritte Bett ist im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa. Für uns ein Problem mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind.
Weiterhin ließ sich das Fenster im Schlafzimmer zum Hafen hin nicht öffnen und das bei den Temperaturen nicht besonders angenehm. Wenn wenigstens Rollos vorhanden gewesen wären.
Ansonsten aber nichts zu meckern.
