We offer you a lovingly and modernly furnished holiday flat for 2-3 people in a top residential complex at the Hafenidyll Karlshagen
It has a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. The fully equipped kitchenette with separate breakfast corner is located in the living area.
The flat can be rented all year round and has a 16 sqm balcony (south-west facing) with a great view of the pretty marina. The flat has a parking space directly at the residence.

The holiday flat is fantastically located in the Hafenidyll residential complex (2 apartment buildings), directly on the tranquil marina of Karlshagen. The houses have a beautiful, typical regional architecture, highlighted by spacious wooden balconies or terraces facing southwest with a view of the harbour and the Peene landscape (unique, relaxing atmosphere, especially at sunset)

fish sale with snack bar at the harbour (local fisherman),
various boat trips from the harbour,
2 very good, cosy restaurants directly at the harbour,
many different restaurants in the village,

Karlshagen is a special holiday tip in the north of the sunny island of Usedom. Situated between one of the most beautiful and extensive Baltic beaches on the one hand and the romantic backwater of the Peene with its cosy harbour on the other, the village is embedded in extensive deciduous and coniferous forests.
The still largely untouched nature invites you to go for long walks, cycling tours, hiking, jogging and Nordic walking. A highlight is the kilometre-long sandy beach with its many uses, such as surfing, sunbathing (beach chair rental), nudist sections, dog beach, etc. The seaside resort gets a charade in summer
The seaside resort takes on a charming liveliness in summer, which you can escape from at any time in the immediate vicinity.
Further afield, there are a variety of things to do, such as in Peenemünde (6km), Trassenheide (4km), Zinnowitz (10km), Wolgast (12km) or the livelier imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin (35)
you can easily get to Poland "behind" Ahlbeck, a good 1km away is Swinemünde.

Mega Kurzurlaub mit meinen Kindern
Selten war ich an der Ostsee so gut untergebracht, wie in dieser Wohnung. Mit Blick auf den niedlichen Hafen und absoluter Ruhe, einer Wohnungseinrichtung, bei der keine Wünsche offen blieben und der Fischversorgung direkt vor der Haustür ?.
Wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und eigentlich wollten wir auch gar nicht weg. Ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub..

Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben!!!
Die Corona Auflagen ließen unseren eigentlich geplanten, traditionellen Maiurlaub, in unserer Wunschferienwohnung, ausfallen.
Dank der hohen Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität der freundlichen Vermieter, konnten wir zumindest ein erholsames, verlängertes Wochenende genießen.
Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die FEWO auf jeden Fall weiter.

Unser zweites Zuhause
Seit Jahren fahren wir nach Karlshagen in diese Ferienwohnung und wir fühlen uns einfach zu Hause. Auch die Organisation der Wohnungsübergabe durch Frau Breining klappt sehr gut, wir werden immer sehr freundlich schon von Ihr begrüßt. Ausflugsziele gibt es sehr schöne in dieser Region. Mängel in der Wohnung wurden alle durch Familie Peters beseitigt.
Wir möchten uns bei dem Vermieter bedanken, für die Bereitstellung dieser Wohnung und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.

soweit alles gut
im ganzen alles okay
-aber hier ein paar Sachen die mich gestört haben: das bett gibt fürchterliche Geräusche von sich bei jeder Bewegung
- die Dusche ist ziemlich eng und das Wasser läuft raus, weil die untere Schiene an den Türen entfernt wurde, man hat immer eine Pfütze davor
-Fernseher hat einen grausamen Klang und etliche Sender sind nicht vorhanden z.Bsp ZDF ARTE 3Sat ZDF NEO und und
- ansonsten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hafen, kann prima radeln und zum nächsten leckeren fisch ist es auch nicht weit

herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ihre Hinweise haben wir aufgenommen und abgestellt. In der Wohnung ist jetzt ein 46"- FERNSEHER. Also Verbesserung in jeder Hinsicht. Gummischiene an der Duschtür und Bettgeräusche haben sich als Mängel über die Mietsaison eingeschlichen und wurden natürlich von uns abgestellt. Insofern einen besonderen Dank für Ihre Hinweise.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir hatten wieder eine ganz tolle Woche. Waren schon zum 4. Mal in dieser FEWO. Fühlen uns immer sehr wohl, genießen den geräumigen Balkon, wovon man einen idyllischen Blick auf den Yachthafen hat. Eine Kulisse die auf jeden Fall Urlaubsfeeling bringt.
Karlshagen und Umgebung gefallen uns so gut, weil wir den Strand mögen, wir viel Rad fahren, uns super erholen und relaxen können.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung, traumhafter Blick auf den Hafen. Sonne von mittags bis zum Abend. In direkter Nähe zwei gute Restaurants, besonders zu empfehlen ist Pier 10 , schöne Lage, gute Küche.Frischen Fisch kann man im Fischgeschäft Ehmke am Hafen kaufen, dort kann man auch sehr lecker und günstig essen.Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen, Zinnowitz , ein sehr schöner großer und sehenswerter Badeort, ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen .Die Wohnug ist gemütlich eingerichtet , alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
