Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area are available on three floors. A sauna is part of the equipment as well as a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun at any time.
On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with a living area and a very well-equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a ground-level shower is available here.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm. The rooms are equipped with TV sets. The bathroom has a bathtub. In a separate hallway area you will find a changing table and a baby cot. A washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility room.
The attic offers enough space for three people and is equipped with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a bunk 75 x 185 cm
The beach is approx. 400 m away, a foldable trolley is available for the transport of your beach utensils. In the immediate vicinity you will find various shops, restaurants, bars and a very nice climbing park on the way to the beach.
The 40 thatched semi-detached houses are spread over a spacious, park-like plot. Each holiday home is allocated a parking space at the entrance to the resort. It is permitted to drive onto the site for loading and unloading. A playground and a beach volleyball court are also part of the resort.
Please note that barbecuing with charcoal is not allowed. A comfortable electric barbecue is available. Firing fireworks is not permitted in the complex.

Our holiday home is located on the edge of the salt marshes with cycle paths in all directions
The holiday complex in Mariannenweg is located between the fishing harbour and the centre of Boltenhagen.
The house is in a traffic-calmed location in the second row. The distance to the Weiße Wiek harbour is 1 km, to the spa administration 1.8 km and to the beach approx. 400 m.

Great vacation home, unfriendly property management
The house is very nice and modernly furnished. Completely clean and in a great location close to the Baltic Sea. The bus connection is also nearby.
However, the key handover with Mr. Welk was terrible, very unsympathetic. Both on arrival and departure. Therefore, no more properties will be booked with this property management in the future.
There were no problems with the deposit.

Relaxing vacation
We moved into the beautiful house with a group of 4, consisting of teenagers. Everything was clean and tidy. A nice and compact house with many possibilities such as sauna, barbecue facilities on the terrace, etc. The combination of a large common living space and potential retreats in many rooms is excellent. We can recommend it to groups of friends, families, and couples!

A dream holiday home in the countryside of Franconia.
We felt very comfortable!
The house is extremely comfortable and high quality, furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired (even an egg pricker or a hand blender is provided). The bathrooms impress with their spaciousness and the bedrooms with the exceptionally good beds and mattresses. We used the small sauna on both evenings. In this cold season, an additional highlight of the house. The house offers plenty of space for 6-7 people. You don't constantly step on each other's toes. It's also pleasant that the holiday home settlement does without cars (you can drive to the house for loading and unloading). There are plenty of shopping and strolling opportunities within walking distance. The beach is not far either. Wismar, Lübeck, and Schwerin are worth a visit. We would love to come back.

Perfect for unwinding and feeling good.
The weekend at Huus Zander was great! When we arrived, everything was very clean and tidy. The house is tastefully decorated, the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with modern televisions, and the furnishings create a pleasant cozy atmosphere in a Nordic-maritime style.
We were very surprised by the kitchen equipment!!! From the hand blender to the salad spinner, from the knife block to the automatic coffee maker, everything was there and brand new. We could cook whatever we wanted without having to worry whether the necessary kitchen appliances are available on site. Since basics like oil, vinegar, fresh garlic, and some spices were already there, we could start cooking right away and feel at home. The bathrooms were very clean and modern. And in the garden, we could relax in the on-site sauna. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach, making it easy to walk to the cliffs, the sea, and the nearest café or restaurant. If the weather is not good, you can relax on the sofa or enjoy the 300-game collection for cozy evenings in the house.
